My mailbox lock was broken and they told me I would have to pay to replace it which I did. After waiting a week to replace it I go get the new keys and the lock is still broken, the keys don’t even fit in the lock. I call to tell them and the lady says I’m at the wrong mailbox, like I haven’t lived at my house for over a year? It was so rude and now I’m going on 3 weeks with my mail stuck in a box I can’t open. I’m getting so irritated my roommate needs her books for college and we can’t even open our own mailbox

Dear Sir. I have people at 710 N Sky Drive that park their cars to close to the mail box and the mail man went by the mail box on the 16th and the 17th. I had the flag up to pick up mail and it was not picked up because of a Gray pock up parked to close to the mail box. I have told the people 4 times and the mail man had talked to them before too. I called the police and gave them the loc. number of the truck. But they still park close to the mail box. I hope that the mail man will pick up mail that is going out today. I even have the H.O.A. send them a notice on that mater. Can the mail man please talk to them again or have the supervisor come down and see for them selves before they drive away. Thank you. Please do not say that it was I that sent a complaint. I got into an argument once before because of that. They have 9 cars and that home is a one family home and they have more then one family in it.

I have been trying to call the Post Office on Red Oak. I am out of town but when I was at the Post office to get my mail in P O Box 90685 there was tape over the box. There has not been any mail in the box for over a week. Trying to find out what is going on. The box is paid up as far as I can tell. Please help.
