Postal Locations

I have sent two envelopes CMRR to the same address. On September 12, Tracking No. 7021 2720 0000 1803 5417 and On October 17, Tracking No. 7021 2720 0000 1803 5479. I sent the 2nd one because I can only assume that the 1st one was lost. This is service of legal documents. WHERE ARE MY ENVELOPE?

Some of my mail being picked up is not making to it to my creditors. This has been going on a long time. I really don't think its my mail carrier doing anything. But once its at the post office something happens to it.

Calling nor going into Post Office is not working to solve an issue. Business mail sent out in bulk from the outside blue box on lot on 6/16, all business's and employees are informing still no mail received. Over 200 pieces of mail including checks. No trace, nothing as been told in response to the mail. Not one piece of mail has been received since 6/16-6/30/21 from what was mailed. Management needs training and looking into postal carriers.

"STILL" having problems getting the automatic PO box payment removed. Seems like a very simple fix, so fix it please.

I lose a lot of mail. I live at 3905 Lynnfield. Often the mail carrier puts our mail in other boxes. Today was one of those days. So frustrating. I always give the mail back to its rightful owner but I never get mine. Never. I am so tired of this I want to cry. They always keep what's valuable and throw away everything else. This happened today between 4 and 5 pm. From the Roy Royall Post Office on 4206 Little York.

This is an absurd place , the don't care about you and the service they provide they just want your money . Co workers breath stink and have bad body odor. Makes me sick when people steal your package and tell you file a claim just so nothing happens. My package was out for delivery and next thing you know not eve. 20 minutes later it said unable to deliver package . Called the same day and was told my package was lost . 12k down the drain . They see saks 5th and get horny . Hate broke bum barbies

Absolutely the MOST RUDE people!! I called because my packages keep getting delivered to the wrong house.... they don't care. The agent on the phone was sarcastic and too busy gossiping with a co-worker to even care about my issue. This place needs supervision!!

Still waiting to reach someone at the Roy Royall post office 713-695-2690. I started calling about 8:05 and now it is 9:18 am. Recording says to hold for the next operator; I wait and wait. Sometimes it seems like the phone line is picked up and than quickly placed on hold. Well at my age I should know what to expect from a Federal agency and their employees; bad, bad customer service.

1 to 10 they get minus 10,000! Horrible. They put me on hold for 1/2 hour then hung up on me. Called back and the wait time to speak to someone was 1 hour to 1 1/2!!! I've had mail in the box with the flag up for 4 days now! No one has come to pick it up yet! This is a business and residential address. The last time this happened the Post Master had the nerve to send someone over to let me know they were doing me a favor by coming inside the business. Since when is doing your job a favor? Sad, they overload their employees to the point they are overwhelmed and as disgusted as we are. After being in this area 8 years you would think they could get it together by now. Ahhhhh! Go Postal......!!!!

I moved into 77044 area, covered by the Roy Royal station. New development . So far it has been 2 months waiting for a key for my community mailbox. Once a week a go to the P.O. to see if I have mail and a key,. And I get the same runaround, they will get it done tomorrow. Seems tomorrow never comes however. To me, this is the most inept, and portly run station I have ever had to deal with. I don't believe the manager of this station even reads this or even care s.

I live at 6307 Bluestone Dr., I often have gotten someone else's mail either that live on my same street or another and I deliver to that address. On some occasions the same has happened with my mail or I don't receive at all and it's returned to the sender as "undeliverable". Some of my mail that's not received or go to another address contains personal information such as credit cards , Bank Statements etc. that should be for my eyes only. Often when the carrier finally arrives, there always a mobile phone stuck to his/her ears. Please advise as what can be done to ensure that I receive All my mail on a timely basis.

I live in the subdivision of Lakeshore. Zip code 77044 This week, every single day, I have gotten one of my neighbors mail. I personally take it to them. One neighbor delivered mail to me. It was over in the next cul de sac at the same number but wrong street! What in the world can we do? This is not once in awhile, but every day. We desperately need a mailwoman or mailman with the ability to put in the cluster mailboxes our mail in THE RIGHT SLOT. Please help us! I have tried to call the Roy Royall Station and no one answers the phone. I called our Club house and Crystal suggested we call the Postmaster. How in the world do I do that if no one answers the phone?

Agreed. It is the worst I have ever had for service and deliveries.

This post office sucks. I live in 77044 and since the change to roy royall my mail had been opened then delivered numerous times. And trying to call this office is a freaking joke. Just today I sat here for 40 minutes straight. Calling and them recalling over and over and over and over with it remaining bust or me just plain getting picked up and hug up on. It's pathetic.
