Funny thing - I came to the reviews to see if anybody else was having the same issues I was and "Yep", there it was!!! Seems like I am not the only one "waiting and waiting" on Gilmore Post Workers to PICK UP an outgoing package! Ugh - People!!!

4th. Time my out-going mail wasn't picked up. Put new in-coming Mail on top of out-going. Put flag down and drove off. Don't understand when flags up, there's out-going mail. Simple......

I have tried several times to contact this usps station and it will ring once then hang up. What is going on? To busy? I have not been getting my ads from the grocery stores and I don’t understand why! If some can get all of theirs then why can’t I? I’ve had prescriptions, that were not mine put in my box and I’ve had mine put in someone else box. The postal service needs to get their act together and do their job.

It is now 6:00 p.m. and the mail has not been delivered. Neighbors have their flags up in their mail has not been picked up. This Post Office has been problematic for several years now. This Post Office should be closed and are mail routed through an office that is more of efficient.

I have an app that allows me to see what mail is being delivered each day to my home. I have had it for two weeks. Since getting the app I have had THREE pieces of mail NOT make it to my mailbox! Very disappointing and frustrating! Don’t know what happened to them. Just never received them. 😡

So I have been tracking a package. The tracking system said it was delivered at 924 am today but still at the post office. My last package was delivered but the key was placed in the wrong mailbox and the resident left it at the boxes unsecured. The mailman needs to go through some more training.

Packages are not delivered on the day that they are scheduled. Drivers pull into driveways and see customers walking to meet up with them but don't even speak or ask if the customer needs something. No customer service at all.

Had a package out for delivery today. Then a 9.26 am Said package undeliverable. First of all. The roads are fine out here. So, just not understanding what the hell the problem was. But the mail service out here has been getting crappier and crappier. Last. Year got other people’s mail more times than I can count. Been here for 19 damn years. Js. Use to get the grocery sales add ever Tuesday. Use to be able to set your clock. The last year it started. And has gotten even worse this year. Week before last did not get them til Thursday. This week on Wednesday. No telling what it will be next week. Maybe the post master general needs to revise his testing procedures. It just a damn shame that the criminal organization called goverment and it businesses can not function properly. It really does not matter at what level. Just the unspoken truth.

It really sucks not being able to speak to a real person to simply ask if mail is running today the day after Thanksgiving !!!!!

Don't try calling - they don't answer the phone! And using the 800 number gets you a menu that probably can't help you, with no option to reach a person. Ugh!

Don't bother calling, it is nothing but a busy signal all day long. The hours are awful! If you live in the Gilmer area but don't work there, you will have to either go in late or take off early to be there some time Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 with an hour off for lunch.
