On many occasions in the past 20 years, I have had issues with my mail delivery; mail box left open, wet mail, mail delivered to the wrong box, missing mail (bank statements, checks, utility bills) and postman(Ralph) sitting outside of my house in the street with his girlfriend. Each time that I have reported an issue, my postal service has gotten worse; retaliation. My postman (Ralph) has even made false complaints about my dog, which is within my fenced yard. That being said, he took a free, AKC registered Pug puppy from me a few years back and claimed the puppy was killed by a car. All I want from your employee is professional and fair delivery of my mail; nothing more, nothing less. I just want all the acts of retaliation to stop. Thank you. Dara Hilton

I believe u too. We moved and changed our address well b4 the last stimulus checks came out and called and left #s and info for my husbands income tax and stimulus because the only other address anything could hv went to. Even talked ro this Ralph guy. All to for him to just now tell me in December "o yea it came in but i mailed it back" but he was one i had reported as well just like you. The help they need is beyond the supervisor because she has a very bad attitude when you do call in.

Dereliction of duty, improper training, failure to follow procedures, erroneously and blatantly sending correctly addressed mail to CFS as NSN I have a photo I would like for the post master to see of a letter that was sent to CFS.
