Please ask mail carrier where she delivered the three packages for me; not delivered at 4919 Bessies Creek Trace. Noted delivery time on tracking service was 4:01PM

I have to say -- this post office is pretty bad. Since moving here in the summer, every card, holiday or birthday card sent from my parents to my children has NEVER been delivered. 2 birthdays, and all the holidays. I am sure someone is happy stealing hundred of dollars worth of gift cards. Plus I get a notification that a package is delivered and there is NO package in my mailbox. There should be an investigation into this racket.

I drive 8 miles away to use another post office where the personnel are pleasant and helpful. They should be videotaped and have to view the tapes at the end of their shift. I went in 3x’s in the last year and and each time worked with a rude person. I won’t go back. Time for new blood..

We want to thank all the post office workers/mail carriers for your service to us and to the public at this time. We recognize that it is a sacrificial service on your part and we are grateful to you. We are praying for your protection. Blessings, The Alsheikh family

I am deeply concerned about the service that this office gives in delivering the mail to customers; in the las two months they have lost three of my paychecks, and also some of my hospital bills... this ofice is a disaster.

This Post office has become a disgrace to the US postal system. Nothing is delivered on time and tracking information is not updated till the package is delivered and always late. Seriously... hire some more employees!!!!!!!
