I got a message that a package was received and it was in a locker. We have two lockers outside our address but there was no key to get into the box. The tracking number is: 92612909812702581271254517 Could you please follow up on this and let me know. Thanks, Ken Keith

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE IN FORT WORTH. WE PUT OUR MAIL ON HOLD WITH THE OPTION TO PICK UP ALL ACCUMULATED MAIL. BUT TO NO AVAIL, THE STUPID MAIL CARRIERS ARE RETURING OUR MAIL TO SENDER. THE POSTMASTER SHAWN IS THE WORST. UNSYMPATHETIC, NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING, AND SIMPLY DOESNT CARE. WE HAVE INFORMED DELIVERY WHERE I CAN SEE WHEN WE HAVE MAIL, WE GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND THERES NOTHING. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO VE SHUT DOWN OR INVESTIGATED FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE

I wish to report wrong mail delivery- I hope somebody actually reads this and takes action. I live in Tehama Ridge(street address is on Laurel Forest Dr) in North Fort Worth. Since we moved here there has been several incidence of wrong mail delivered to our mail box. Yesterday 9/23...I am sure that your office was flooded with complaint because what the mail lady did was to skip a house and deliver mail to the wrong address, we received out neighbors mail to our left and he received the other neighbors mail to his left...it was just a disaster. How could there be so much error all the time? Please let the lady delivering mails to our neighborhood pay more attention to the house numbers and not just the streets, they are there for a reason. The local post office that delivers mail to us is the Alliance post office in fort Worth.

in checking a tracking number for a package I've been waiting for, I discovered that an "attempt to deliver" was made on 9/26. I am home all day, everyday; and ZERO attempt was made.. As a matter of fact I recall the mail being delivered as my office is in the front of the house. I went out about 11:45 and retrieved my mail. No notice on an attempt to deliver. If I had not tracked the package myself this morning I would never know of this. So does my mail carrier not even attempt to deliver anymore?? Additionally, I cannot contact the PostMaster at my mail location since they do not open until 10AM??!!

Same issue on certified letter...sender received notice that an attempt was made to deliver. Nope. I was home. Also did not receive a notice that an "attempt" was made to deliver.

So I was expecting a package to arrive it was prepaid from April and it never showed. Sunday night came and I checked the tracking number I got and I learned that it arrived on the 25th of May and that they left a notice for me, but yet I recall no such notice so Monday I called them and told them I would be home all day Tuesday so they could mail it over to my place. The guy on the phone said he needed a signature for it. I told home twice I was going to be home all day and he said he would send it over for signing. Tuesday came and I waited all day and the ups guy never showed up. Wednesday came and I got home from work and asked my step dad if they came and they still never did. I have till the 9th of June get it or they send it back to sender and its June 8th so yeah, and I called twice Tuesday to see what was the hold up and no one answered the phone at all. All that money spent on a package I never received. 👿

Other than no Saturday pickup I have had fairly reliable service dropping off my prepaid outgoings at this location.

I had the same problem with the "dark complexion lady with a bad wig" she is rude as hell and I suspect my 130 dollar package that hasn't shipped since I dropped it off to her will not make its destination. If she did something with it. I will be filling insurance claim so she is costing usps money and pissing of customers. Get rid of her sorry ass.

I walked in to the usps location in alliance of Westport @ 300 when they where opening back up from lunch. And dark complexion lady wearing a wig who opened the store was clearly in a fowl mood. I was trying to ship something but needed tape to seal my package. She said "f off and get your own tape" this is unacceptable behavior from anyone much less a government employee. I will never visit this place again until they get rid of her sorry ass.
