Your postal workers have repeatedly placed boxed items in cluster boxes that they have pushed to get in. However, there is a edge all around on the customer side so we are unable to retrieve our package. Please have your people deliver boxes to our from door. Thanks

The people at this post office get angry very easily and are unable to explain why we don’t have mail and also say they don’t have anyone deliver any mail in this area. Even if letters are coming from El Paso, Texas where there has been no severe weather.
