My package was returned to sender I was never given the choice to pick up at the post office and it was just gone from one day to the next it was a very important package I had been waiting for 2 weeks this is the worst post office ever along with the mail carrier he is very ride and inexperienced dealing with customers

carriers from this post office the LAZIEST ever. They hold mail till . I will have no mail for 4 days then my mail box fill to capacity,

After receiving a notice that I could pick up my package at this location, the attendant informed me that it was not there, nor did he know where it was. I asked for it to be re-delivered via online and over the phone and nothing. To boot, their phone number is disconnected so I have no way of contacting my local office unless I go out of my way to show up. Terrible service. I realize that the post office is suffering, but come on.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had at a post office. They need a whole reset of employees. I had to wait 47 minutes to pick up my mail for the 4th time only to have a woman come out and take four customers behind me. I'm still waiting for our mailbox key after 2 and a half weeks. 100% dissatisfied.
