The ABOSLUTE WORST and I want my money back for my items that were never delivered, the insurance I paid and for priority mail. I have never encountered a worse service. I am not stopping you should all be put out of business. What a scam, you cant even get your phone number right. Also, says comments are not read by postal employees - maybe they should be.

We are very unhappy with this location. We had just gotten a new Postal Worker. His name is Titus King. After our previous one left. Latricia who was just as wonderful. Titus is very respectful, works hard and prompt. We called in to report on several occasions, that the back up worker would not deliver our mail. We inquired about Titus and was told he would be our new postal delivery guy. Now someone named Adrian(Supervisor at Oak Lawn location) has pulled him from this route at the 4240 Prescott Ave area. I am sure that when my neighbors whom we discussed this with. Along with residents that have already been told that we would be able to keep Titus will be very unhappy and respond in kind with their own letters and emails. Respectfully, We Prefer Titus King

This post office has provided probably the worst service I have ever experienced and on more than one occasion. Most recently, they lost my package and said I could pick it up at 8:30. I show up at 8:30, after making arrangements to come in late for work, and the pickup window is not open. The sign on the window also says 8:30. I call the number and hear the phone ringing in the back, I can hear at least 10 people back there and no one is doing anything. I ring the bell, still ignored, wait, ring again, still ignored. Twenty minutes later, I hear from behind the door, help this “fool” up front. Then I am greeted by an employee with a sour attitude that acted like I was doing her a disservice to have her do her job after they lost my package, ignored my call, and didn’t open on time. My experience here is a prime example as to why the USPS is struggling. This location cannot even follow the business protocol listed on their website and treats its customers very poorly. I would never use this business again if I had the option.

Hi, I went in to the post office on Thursday and asked why I have not been receiving mail for over a month. There are a few urgent items that I need asap. I was told that their internet was down and they would get back to me asap. It is now Monday and still no mail and no call back. I've tried to call multiple times and no answer. Please, I need help with this situation.

If this post office weren't funded by tax dollars and were privatised it would have closed down long ago for having such horrible service staff.

The post office is not tax funded but entirely supported by its own income.
