Impossible to cancel a passport application appointment. Redirects to payment for a year after advising it would be a refundable $1.00 and not 37.00. Ridiculous. It’s for Wednesday at 11. You’ll have to do it yourself.

No one answers your phone. It rings 42 times and disconnects. I have called multiple days and same horrible experience. I have not had mail delivered since 26 Feb 2022. I submitted all forms required by postal service and still have not received my mail & boxes. I have escalated twice to customer service and was told you would deliver to my front porch.

According to an email from "USPS Informed Delivery" today, I was expecting 2 important letters from the IRS...one addressed to me and the other addressed to my wife. The same thing happened last year with a critical document needed to file my taxes vanished.

I live in the Shady Hollow subdivision and my mailbox is located with the group of boxes on Capistrano. I was trying to get my package from postal box #65, and the key broke in the lock before I could get my package out of the box. I left the mail man a note and he said a work order was put in but that I should let post office know my package is still in box to speed up the process. I called numerous times and no one answered. It’s been two weeks and it still has not been fixed. Who do i need to report this to? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!

I appreciate the quality of service from Oak Hill USPS employees. Even at the end of the day when the line gets longer as everyone wraps up daily errands, their postal employees are exceptionally courteous, helpful, and pleasant. I am aware of national changes in the past couple of decades, and I hope these will be rolled back, including the use of contract workers rather than hiring employees with full benefits. I would extremely upset to lose our national postal service.

The mailboxes on Ridge Oak Rd (zip: 78749) were broken into over the weekend (1/23/2021). Important tax documents were stolen. This is becoming a common occurrence and needs to be addressed.

I am very worried. Our mail was to have been "held" for 10 days. When we went to retrieve it, there was only four pieces of mail (one that was for the wrong address), which (judging from the dates on the items) all were sent/went through the system on the same day. When we inquired we were told that the carrier must have all the other items. Why would the carrier hold in their vehicle (in their house?) 9 days worth of our mail? Was it secure? I fear that someone at the Oak Hill Post Office is stealing the mail. I hope this post office is investigated for Mail Theft. I hope others who face this challenge (see below) also seek redress with USPS and file an official complaint and ask for an investigation of this branch.

I tried to mail a package after 7 PM on July 4, 2020 and was unable to get it through the boxes. When I exited the building on my way to my car, a black SUV pulled up into the parking lot and tried to prevent me from leaving. I did not see the person in the vehicle. It was a very scary situation and there was nobody around to witness the incident.

I would like to complain about the mail deliverer in Scenic Brook and more specifically on South Brook Dr. Today and I can’t tell you how many other days she just speeds past our mail boxes and doesn’t even check for mail that needs to go out. I had mail to go out and was standing by the mail box and she just raced by. I tried waving her down and she just waved me off. She did not check my mailbox nor my neighbors. I haven’t received mail in 2 days and expecting an important letter. I have absolutely no confidence in her. I will not depend on her to pick up my mail in the future. We had a wonderful, FRIENDLY mail deliverer before, but this one only cares about getting home!! I am very disappointed by the US Post Office!! Please let me hear from you.

called three times, they do not answer. They say they attempted to deliver a package and no safe place to place it. We live in a gated community, and have a screened porch. No note was left . Asked for re delivery, now it says I requested to hold the package, I did not request this.

I called 13 times in a row and it just rings until the phone dies. My po box has been on auto renew, it didn't renew and today was the 11th day past due do all my mail and paychecks are being sent back undeliverable today. I went online to my account and the saved card number isn't even one of my cards. Why have a phone if your not going to answer it

Someone broke into my mailbox (part of a bank of boxes at the end of the street) and bent the metal so much that my box will no longer close. I was leaving town for the holidays and tried many times to contact the post office, but they don't answer the phone there. Ever. I thought they would fix my box, but upon returning from the holidays I found they left a note in it saying that my mail was being held until I closed the door on my box. Several days later, I went to the post office to pick up my mail and was told that there was no mail for me there. The employee said that my box was probably fixed and my mail delivered. I subsequently checked my box and it is still broken. Where is my mail? Why isn't my box fixed after three weeks? And why does no one answer the phone?

I moved from Legend Oaks on Oak Hills 11 years ago. Unfortunately I used some Christmas labels from Texas on some Christmas mail. These ladies are sending me checks for a charity to TX when they should come to 1693 Via Valmonte Circle, Corona CA 92881. I hope you can forward these to me in CA as they contain checks for charity.

Been trying endlessly to get in touch with Oak Hill Postoffice (after they have lost my package). The phone number rings for about 2 minutes saying they are transfering me to an operator and then the phone hangs up. There is NO WAY to find out any information except to go down in person. I've been there twice and both times they have said "we'll get back to you on it" and they havent. Ugh!!!

For the past 3-4 months, whoever is delivering my mail can't seem to get it right. I consistently receive someone else's mail (sometimes 7-8 letters) which also probably means my mail is at someone else's address. I called to make the Oak Hill post office aware & after the phone rings unanswered for 3 minutes, it just disconnects the call. I don't see how they operate like this?!? Also, I would really like to know which number to call where you can speak to a human & maybe get some assistance. Unacceptable!

I don't know who the incompetent carrier(s) are in Cover Bridge but they need to be fired. When we first moved here, 4 years ago, our mail would constantly get mixed up with the street behind us. We would get notifications that our packages have been delivered but would not be in our mailbox. This has been an ongoing issue since we moved here. Just the other day, I got a text the other day that my package was delivered but there was nothing in my mailbox or dropped off on my porch. I flagged down the carrier on cover bridge street and she said that she would check to see if it was misplaced. She did text me later on that day advising that she would let her supervisor know. I get an text this morning saying that the carrier said that they delivered it to my mailbox; therefore, I would have to fill out a claims form....REALLY??? If you delivered my package then why in the &%^# has is it not in my mailbox. I'm so over the USPS! My advice, please trim the waist and get rid of your carriers and hire some new employees that are "detail oriented." BTW, I called this location (512)-892-2794 and it just rings, rings, and rings!

I have been to all the post offices in Austin and hands down EVERYONE who works there is frigging amazing. All of them go above and beyond for their customers AND with a joke, smile and unfailing niceness. I actually could do all of my shipping online but frankly these peeps make it worth standing in line to get a human hit of niceness.

Mail is never out anywhere near to the posted time. My company has a PO Box and I can only come every 2-3 days as our mail does not get into the box for days. Example the post mark on envelopes is a week or more past when it finally gets into our box and this is just mail within Austin!. I have had large envelopes taking 2-3 weeks! All you hear is chatter and party planning from employees behind the boxes. There is a line at the side door every day for those that need to pick mail up...Absolutely terrible now for many years!

The Oak Hill Post Office employees park in the front row of their parking lot next to the building, preventing those carrying packages and the elderly from having a convenient parking space. One car with a vanity license plate (avoiding being personal) is parked in front of the far door every day. Very frustrating, especially since the postmaster was notified and chose not to stop them. Customer service should be their priority, especially since they continue to lose money and raise prices.

The US post office pulled out mail boxes out of Circle C earlier than they were supposed to. We went to the post office on Monday morning and waited for them to locate our mail. Turns out after waiting for 20 minutes we were given two envelopes and told to come back at noon once they have sorted the mail. This post office has very poor service. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about it. Just be prepared to wait in long lines and be patient!

I have already filed a complaint with the Postmaster against the carrier who delivers to the Legend Oaks II neighborhood at the Oakhill,Tx office. The Postmaster assured me he would have a talk with him after he tossed my packages on my front porch and was rude to me. Unnecessarily so I may add twice now. Apparently, the discussion with him has not worked. I have fragile packages delivered to me. I have had 2 packages delivered with completely destroyed items within 2 weeks. All are marked fragile and all have been well packed. These are collectible items and of a great cost to me. He was balancing 3 large packages today. I met him at the door because I was excited to get my packages. I stated I hope none of these are broken. The last 2 were broken. He ripped off his ear buds and stated, "what" Like he was going to hit me. I repeated myself both times were matter of fact by the way. He stated from now on you can pick your packages up at the Post Office yourself. He does not have to take my harassment. Harrassment, really? I told him I had already filed a complaint against him. This man is out of control. All I want is my packages delivered without them being destroyed. Save the attitude and do your job! Is the Post Office so desperate For people they would retain someone like this. He has not business having contact with the public. This man has no manners whatsoever. I could deal with it if I got my packages in one piece. Talk about going Postal!!!!!

I've lived in my home for 20 years. Now I have the worst most inconsiderate post office women deliverer.
She knows I'm handicapped. I've asked her not to put boxes in my box because they get stuck and I have to ask for help to retreive my mail. Today took the cake. As I'm riding out on my scooter to get mail 2 teenage boys run off with a package she left on top of my box. That package had my twin grandson's special ordered embroidered shirts for their 6th bday tomorrow. Now I'm empty handed for their party. I'm so mad. She should be fired.

This place is a joke. I haven't received the last 2 packages I ordered. The first has been on the road for A MONTH on its way back to the sender. Absolutely no one at USPS has a clue where the package is. The problem was an "addressee unknown" issue bc I didn't write my name on a slip of paper in my mailbox (it was blank). Apparently USPS thinks it's alright to deliver tome upon tome of un-addressed grocery store coupons and random ads addressed to "Resident" but when the package name doesn't coincide with the name in your mailbox, your mail wastes away in USPS limbo indefinitely. (Yes, I've filed claims, called multiple times, am put on hold for 30-ish minutes, and then have some guy give me a "zen" talk about how life just happens like this sometimes and no one can do anything about it). The second package says "delivered" in the tracking data and I never received anything.
