Horrible service!!! We are in a commercial building and we have not seem our mailman in a week. They do not stop by and pick up our package even though we have posted a note on our mail box. They don't answer the phone, you have to pay a dollar to chat with someone on line (if it's even USPS). I don't know what goes on over at this location but I can tell you we can not rely on them for mail service.

3 plus years w/a POB w/o problems, I think, but during the last four months, I have lost 4 deliveries: 2 laptops from Walmart (have 17 pages of emails to/from WM), 1 credit card from Old Navy, and another from Capital One Bank. The move was effective 2/18/22, but today--4 days later--I found a box of ink from HP. I have changed to a Box at UPS, and now pay 3x more annually.

How can a customer walk INTO the facility, drop a package into the mail receptacle and you loose it? This happened on December 29th and the items can't be replaced. Where is my package? And the emails I have received back from USPS Customer Service just send me over the edge. Please find my package.

Lobby hours are incorrect. It is not 24hrs. No one ever answers the phone and no VM. They usually try to lock up the counter 3-5 minutes before closing so don't ever wait til last minute, or even bother if you don't think you can get there with at least 10 minutes to spare. God help you if there is an issue with your mailbox and they decide to hold your mail.

Letter carrier left a "sorry we missed you" note when we were home and both of our cars were in the driveway. He didn't get out of his truck and knock on our door. Now I have to make a special trip to pick up my letter at the South Congress station. And don't even trying to call the South Congress station, the phone just rings and rings and rings.

They haven't delivered my mail in over a month. I filled out the correct forms, picked up my post office box keys and jumped through all of their other hoops and still no mail. I've got a number of prescription medications I'm desperately need and I can't get them. They never never never answer the phone. And I'm at work the short time they are actually open. Completely worthless office and horribly incompetent. I need my medications!!!!

Postal clerk was extremely rude to a customer! Customer thought the post office was still open for sending packages because he said that online it said that it was open until 3 PM and the post office man said that they close at 2 PM and he should know because he had been doing it for years ! Then he said in a loud voice for everyone to hear “ people get on my nerves “! Wow! This was on Saturday, May 12 at around 2:10 PM at the south congress location, close to highway 71. Do not go there if you do not want to be yelled at by the post office clerk

I finally used the On-line "hold mail" option when I went on vacation. It is now five (5) days that I'm home and my accumulated mail has yet to be delivered. This Post Office is where my mail is being held. I went to this PO yesterday...they couldn't find my 8 days worth of mail. I was told (by Sean and a woman) that they would speak to my Mail Carrier today (8/5), he had already left yesterday, and they would call me as soon as they spoke to him. That didn't happen yesterday. I called this Post Office several times today (each time the phone rang more than 30 times) and finally spoke to Sean at 1:30 +/-. He said that he would call the Postal Carrier right away. He promised that he would get back to me TODAY! It is now after 7:00 PM and I haven't heard back from anyone. I am extremely frustrated! There is at least one check in my missing mail and at least one package. I don't know if I will receive a charge to have the missing paycheck stopped/replaced and I don't know if I can replace what was in the package. This is the 1st time I have used your On-Line hold/deliver accumulated mail feature. I'm not sure I'll use this feature again. I think you want me to do this but right now I'm not a fan.
