OMG THEY NEVER FREAKIN' ANSWER THEIR PHONES! EVER! I tried and left the phone ring for over 5 minutes. Tried in morning and later in day. Still never answered the phone. What if it was an emergency??? I mean I know you don't care about my lost package. I put phone on speaker and let it ring until I got disconnected with a busy signal. I am stuck at home and needed to fix a problem with a delivery. In the past had this same issue. Either fix your phone or have someone answer it.

I tried calling twice today around 10-11 AM. I let the phone ring 2 minutes the first time and over 4 minutes the second time. Can you put an automated system or something to where I can leave you information on how to contact me. Thiis concerning the 78759 Branch at 512-331-9802.
