I find it disgusting that I’ve been trying to call this post office for the last three days because a package did not arrive and I’m trying to find out why because the tracking number indicated it was delivered unless somebody at the post office downright took my mail. I heard a lot of rumors about this place I didn’t think it was true until it happened to me very disgusting despicable service they need to hire new staff they need to clean house ASAP this is a tragedy to the community some people need their medicine delivered and these people are playing around with the mail!!!!

POOR SERVICE! I live in an apartment building, which means individual mailboxes per unit. Our mailman is a substitute (or I'm assuming, since I have NEVER encountered such a lack of professionalism before). They are putting our mail in an USPS tote and all tenants have to remove the rubber bands from bundles and search through ALL mail to find our own. I find that an invasion of my privacy as well as a set up for identity theft or other illegal activities. If I went in someone's mailbox, it's against the law. So what makes this lawful? Especially by a federal employee, who is setting us up to be victims.

What is happening with the Germantown USPS mail delivery? We have only received mail 1 time in an 8 day period. This is unacceptable!

Germantown Station is horrible. I have called several times this morning for the phone to ring numerous times they switch over to a busy signal. How difficult is it to answer the phone when it rings. This has nothing to do with the Pandemic. This is about customer service. Just answer the phone it is not that hard to do. All you have to do is pick up the receiver and talk.

These people never answer the phone. Half the time they put my mail in someone else's box as if they can't read. Awful service. They just don't care.

What can I say positive about this post office, let me think, nope not a Darn thing! The manager of Green St Post office should be fired for not doing her job. ( Nichol Woods ) I can never get them on the phone I tried over 15 times yesterday to only be cut off every time. They loose a lot of packages, play dumb about it, tell you to call back and then they don't answer the phone. They truly are the most unprofessional government service and horrible employees and carriers that do not do their job or just don't care.
