Why is my mail being delivered to the wrong address at least twice a month.. I depend on the carrier. I receive medications via. the mail. The latest my mail was delivered to an empty house. I understand the post office is understaffed, that is not a reason for delivering my mail to someone else. House numbers are in clear sight for the carrier to see. There is no reason for this to ever happen.

I was given this phone number to track a package that had been undelivered by DHL. I called twice, the phone rang numerous times then a Verizon message stated that this call cannot be completed as dialed. When I did a reverse look up on this number, it belongs to an 80 year old woman in Lancaster. What?? Why can I not track my package as needed? The run around and frustration is ridiculous when information given doesn't work as it should.

I am back. Perfect example of poor management. The Carrier Annex is open because there are carriers on the street. Called the number lusted online, 717-394-7784, it rang about 8 times then went to intercept telling me the call could not be completed as dialed. HUH!!!!!

No door delivery to my business in Neffsville for Tues 2-16, W 2-17, so far none Thurs 2-18...all after a Monday 2-15 "no-delivery" Holiday. No delivery info update on web page; No direct e-mail option; No v-mail option; No-one answers phone! Not surprising no one cares as no postal employee ever had to meet a payroll.
