Postal Locations

This Post office is absolutely useless. We had a package stuck their in transit for a month when the entire time it just needed to go out to the Customer. We spoke with the manager and the Customer spoke with the manager telling them to go ahead and deliver this package but instead they are returning it to us. This is going to cost us more time and money to then turn around and reship the package to the Customer.There's absolutely no excuses for this kind of incompetence. We will be black listing this Post Office from now on and they should be ashamed. Poor pitiful Customer Service.

No one is answering the phone. There is no voicemail option. Have been trying to find and have held mail forwarded mail from August 23rd. Prayers for overworked and collection agencies to be forgiving🙏🏻

There has been a problem on the Riverside Ave route. I have at least 4 pieces of first class mail that I did not receive in Sept. including my mortgage bill, bank statement for my business account and at least 2 checks from Highmark insurance. Those checks represent business income and will be problematic to replace. How do I make a formal complaint or investigate what happened to my mail. Some days, we get no mail. Several times it did not arrive until after 9 pm. Please contact me.

Just wanted to let all of people know that I live in Willow Street. My little post office, along with my poor mailman has never missed a day. My mailman was added more streets and mailboxes since this covid crap began and never misses a beat! Hooray for Willow Street postal system.

I was supposed to receive my package today!! Tracking shows it was scanned in at Lancaster PA USPS 17604 and has never left. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that I was to get my package today. They gave me the direct # to the post office and the # to the supervisor, and no matter how many times you try and call no one answers and all the voice mail boxes are full. Very frustrated with Lancaster PA USPS 17604.

Wtf, whats happened to my mail, I thought after the election things would straighten out, have been waiting weeks for government mail and family sent cards from Maryland, usually three days tops! Where's the mail,and who do we get to listen to us?

Im not sure whats going on in pa at the post office but i had 2,000 feet in 6 separate packages delivered there on the 8th it then said it was in transit on the 12th but thats the last tracking update and its now the 23rd. 11 days with no updates on a priority package is unacceptable especially when it should have been here in 6 days from when it shipped on the 6th. I get my money back either way but the seller i bought it from is about to be out over 100$. But he's just going to file a insurance claim and get his money back. My suggestion would be to deliver my packages before you own all 6. How would you lose 6 giant boxes of bubble wrap anyway. That would take some extreme retardedness and a lot of planning to accidentally lose that. 99,% of usps employees are totally incompetent and this is the result. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

WTF is the mail that arrived in Lancaster and never left!?

We live on Faulkner Drive,Lancaster (Ease Hempfield Twp). We have not received mail for two days and yet the streets we have seen mail being delivered to the street intersecting with our street. When can we expect to receive mail?

We have gotten mail every day since we’ve been living at this address 17 years ago. But starting a week ago we seem to be only getting our mail delivered every other day. I don’t know if they changed how the post office supposed to be delivering mail but one day we get absolutely nothing. The next day we get a pile of mail. then the next day we get absolutely nothing and the day after that we get a whole slew of mail. So it appears that for some reason they are holding our mail only delivering it every other day. I would like an explanation if there is a reasonable one as to why our mail is being held every other day. I get important mail delivered every day for my business, so holding mail is very upsetting to me and I’d like it to be corrected or explained.

Apparently I'm not the only one having issues with this post office. My package has been stuck here since December 8th with no movement since. It's been 10 days! And I was upgraded to priority shipping from the company who sent my package. I understand it's an unprecedented year, but this is ridiculous. What is going on?

I am concerned with the delay of mail locally. My mail in ballot was mailed on Oct. 23 & I have yet to receive it. From Lancaster PA to Lancaster PA is that acceptable? Mail has also been delivered much later within the past 2 weeks. Normally for 15 months mail arrived around noon & now it is after 6 PM even to 8 PM. What is the issue with that? A federal judge recently required all boxes & sorters to be reinstalled and the Post Office to be efficiently operating. That is not the case in Lancaster via Harrisburg Post Offices according to my experience as a citizen. This is voter suppression clear and simple. I would appreciate a response.

Have a package sitting at the Lancaster, Pa Post Office since October 1st (which October 1st was the date it was to be delivered to me) and it haven't had any movement what so ever, since that date. It's impossible to speak with anyone at that office because the voicemail to the business line is full. What kinda &$#+ is that? The package's destination is Baltimore, Md. I could've driven there myself and gotten it faster. Is this the normal operation for this location?! Unbelievable 😡!!!!

Mail is being put in mail box later and later sometimes they don't come until 5:45pm by the time get my check the banks are closed most of the time you see the mail man just sitting in the truck a block away.

we had boxes packages delivered to our office to a door that we do not use. and someone's boxes were delivered to the wrong address and I can not get anyone to answer or call us back from the post office. wrong delivery is not an automated choice and I have no way to get to anyone. I picked up my package from the post office on Harrisburg pike in lancaster. The box that said "fragile" all over it was smashed. Everything in the box ruined. Can't get in contact with any customer service.

Can someone please fix this for me, my tracking info for my package says that you accepted the package in Lancaster on June 16 and it has not been delivered to my address as of today 6/20. This is the third time I have had to contact you people about packages not delivered to me.

I’ve been pleased with how my mail was coming in. I’ve ordered online for a few items and one of my packages was ripped open and stolen. If anyone can offer some type of help that would be nice. My bag was ripped open in two spots and left in the door of my house. I do not know if our mail person or someone else stole my item.

Overall, I am very pleased with my home mail and package delivery. But I do have a small issue I think could be improved. Sometimes when a package is delivered, the delivery person leaves it on my doorstep, right in front of the door, making it almost impossible to open the door from inside my house. Most times they leave it beside the step, out of the way of the door. So, if they could leave it beside the step all of the time, your service would be perfect. Thank you for your consideration.

can someone please answer this question? my tracking no. says my pkg was delivered to Harrisburg Ave PO in Lancaster PA on Dec 7 at 7:32 AM with this info:"acceptance of pkg pending" what does that mean? I have been unable to speak to a human being on the phone at any # I call! The phone mailbox at the PO has been full for three days at least now and I cant even leave a message It is Dec 15 and I still do not have my pkg.It is a Christmas present for my Granddaughter! Please help.

My son sent a letter from green river correctional 3 weeks ago but i think he put zip code 17602 or 3 but mine is 17601.so is this sitting in your office or mailed back to him.Thanks Cierra

I have a package from Moscow Russia enroute back there because the usps claimed it did not have my correct address on it. I live in Scranton, pa and my address is 916 Monroe ave, Scranton pa 18510. I did try to reroute it back to me from the Scranton post office on Stafford ave. on May8 but no success. Please can the package be intercepted and sent back to me? Lancaster should be getting the package shortly on later today
