I needed to mail a box today (Veterans Day) to a family member. I tried the auto-system, but it didn't print a label. Meghan H. offered me assistance and did a fantastic job of figuring out the problem and making it happen. It was great to work with someone who went above and beyond despite the possibility that she would face problems for not meeting expected work quotas; I have a friend who works for the USPS. Thank you Meghan H!!

Went to mail a Xmas package on 12/8/2020. A pair of men’s Timberland boots. Cost to mail $46. Was surprised but paid to have it mailed. Clerk was very rude, not helpful and she started singing. Package arrived in Charlottesville Va. 1/2/2021. I know it’s been really busy but $46 and it takes 24 days. Something is very wrong.

What is your Lake Oswego 4th Street post office's total sf and number of parking spaces, compared to West Linn's P.O. on Hood Street

Phone number is not working. Tried calling several times. Operator says stay on line for next operator and then it goes to fast busy. Not sure how long it's been going on but, has anyone noticed your incoming calls have diminished extensively? Or perhaps there is another # but, this one is all over the Internet. Might want to update. I need to speak with someone at this location specifically - not just USPS generally.

The courier seems to be very selective when they feel like delivering mail I haven't seen service in the last three days Grant you it's snowing but there's a Prius going down the road I'm pretty sure the mail truck can make it as well but they rather sit on their ass at the office and click taxpayers money
