So interesting that my detailed scathing review has NOT been posted.
That's BS as I kept detailed notes (I'm a medical professional so that's what we do) of time logs detailing my headache of an adventure trying to make a simple change to my business PO Box....'someone' doesn't like BAD reviews and is deleting them (no bad words only the WT* acronym, factual but very critical, no names, so no reason to not post accurate review). UPDATE: I finally got a call back from the PO to make the change AND I was quick to get an actual working phone number and name. FINALLY, resolution, however it took over 4hours to make a simple change?!?! Really?
I want to thank and commend Mr. Tan who was in his U.S. Mail truck today and noticed me, pulled off the road, having a near asthmatic attack. He got my attention and made certain that I was okay, using thumbs up hand gestures. I was able a few minutes later to locate him to thank him for his vigilance and concern.
Our postal carriers are great people. This man cared enough about a total stranger to make sure that I was safe.

This is the worst post office in Oregon. I've never waited in line for 45 minutes with no movement and I'm still 4th in line. Same women has been at the counter the whole time! !!
