Disappointed. Made an appointment for passport renewal and photo online via the USPS Scheduler. Arrived and was told I didn't have one. Was asked if I was sent a confirmation number - I had not received one via email but did have confirmation on computer. They refused to take me and instead made me reschedule another appointment. At least they set it up for me and double checked my paperwork to make sure I had everything but seriously, they refused to take me with two workers up front, more in the back and only one person in line behind me.

The last 3 times I put a Netflix movie to be returned in the mail, it has not been picked up. The Netflix envelope in bright red. The mailman is not paying attention or he is talking or listening on his telephone.

Yesterday, Dec. 10th, the mail carrier left a handful of mail sitting ON TOP of our bank of mailboxes. (some of which ended up on the street!) This mail was for three different condo units 9, 16 and 18). Heaven only knows how much more of our mail was missing--or stolen! Needless to say there are at least 3 families that are really ticked off.

My mother went into the post office on 1/22 to send my MAGNET save the dates. Before she bought the stamps for them she approached the employee and stated "these are magnets I need them weighed and I need the appropriate stamp for them" the post office EMPLOYEE told my mother she only needed .49cent stamp. So she sent them out and some made it to my wedding guests, however some are coming back torn, marked up with marker and looking trashed. My mother called and they stated the needed .21cents more on them with stamps to send even though some went out perfectly fine. When my mother went back to the Poland post office today to show them the condition of the ones that were sent back, the supervisor named Nick raised his voice at my mother in front of a line of people and blamed my mother stating he should make her pay for all of the save the dates that actually went out and made it to my guests and that she should have known it should cost more than a regular stamp (recall that when my mom brought in the envelopes she clearly stated these are magnets And needed them weighed so she could purchase the appropriate stamps). My mother does not work for the post office and that is not her responsibility to assure the employee is doing their job correctly. Nick also stated that these are ONLY for a wedding (Mind you these save the dates that we now have to buy new envelopes, new labels and all new stamps for cost almost $400) . So now I have to contact all my guests and ask them if they received theirs, and hope the ones that didn't get to them yet come back to me so I can RESEND them all. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how this man NICK treated this situation and how he spoke to my mother. I understand people make mistakes which is what the lady did initially who told her the wrong stamp to buy, but when your employee makes the mistake, YOUR COMPANY should work with the customer to make it right not blame the customer and try and make a fool out of them.

I am normally very satisfied with my postal service, but today, I got my mail and saw a heavy duty cardboard envelope that said in all capital letters "DO NOT BEND." It was bent and shoved into my mailbox, and it was a very important document, my Master's Degree diploma. I am very upset that my only original copy of my degree is now wrinkled and bent and am very unhappy at the thoughtless, discourteous act.
