USPS Struthers must have a new business model, no need for residential service stamp revenues. True I only spend two dollars a month on mail but I can reduce that to zero by opting for e-payments. I chose US mail to allow for more slack budgeting payments. If you are not going to pick up outgoing mail from residential boxes you need to notify the public prior to letting their bill payments become late due to USPS inability to perform their tasks.
