Tried calling the Oakwood office but no one answered. My regular mailman is excellent and I get all my mail. But when they have a substitute over half of my mail is missing including food cards etc. He sometimes comes as late as 8 PM in the evening and you can tell he does not know where each apartment is.I live in a townhouse in the middle of the complex Hillside Village and my address is directly above my door. Please do something about this I have missed my last two food cards from Anthem. I do have informed delivery and over half my mail does not get delivered my phone number is 937-760-6895

waited all day for package; my porch steps are roped off because I don't want anyone to fall because they need repair; mailbox is on edge of porch and can place package behind or next to box if doesn't fit in box; no one else has had any problem and package expecting should fit in box so why was it not deliverable? do not send it back! the mail lady will deliver it as she is nice.

I just want to thank you all at the Wright Brothers Branch for finding my Amazon packages and getting them to the library. Especially the two gentleman that did bring them to the library, they were some heavy boxes! I did not get their names, but Thank You! You all made my day go much better and the kids will really enjoy using the supplies for the gingerbread program coming up.
