United States Postal Service sucks. can't call to get hours of each location, can't call bulk mail department for their special hours. really sucky service as to be expected by the US Government.

On December 1, 2018 a package was sent to Freesburg, Ohio from your location. Tracking # 940551089359608045499. It needed to be sent back to my address from Freesburg, zip 45119. Again today another of my packages was sent to Freesburg from your location. I don't have the tracking # for the second misguided package yet but can provide it, if you need it. I will need to contact the seller. My zip is 45449, not 45119. When I received the first package that needed to be rerouted I was able to see that there was no problem with the address on the label. I have tried to call but all I get is a long time hearing the phone ring on your end and the a busy signal. Can you please let me know why this is happening?
