Very aggravated because I have called 8 times and no one answers. I haven't received my mail in over a week and I haven't received over 15 packages from wish in almost 2 months that say they are in fact AT THE POST OFFICE. I want my stuff and I want your mail people to be told where my home is because obviously it's a problem since we've had this problem for years and it got better after we were forced to call the post master general. So I'd hate to do that AGAIN. Answer you phone. That's part of your job. Send people there stuff. That is also part of your job. A PRETTY BIG AND SIMPLE ONE!

I am constantly disappointed and aggravated by the mail service. I sm sick and tired of having my mail crammed into my mail slot and having magazines and other mail torn, ripped and otherwise damaged by inconsiderate and downright stupid mail deliverers. They have even left mail and packages that they could not cram in the slot in rain puddles on the porch when there were dry spots they could have placed them. Also, I am seriously sick and tired of my mail not getting delivered until between 630 and 730 AT NIGHT!! This has been going on for a couple of months now and I cannot get through to any human being at my local post office or the 1 800 number to launch a complaint.

On the evening of Nov.16, 2018 mail was delivered to my mailbox that included not only my mail but our neighbors mail. I delivered thier mail to them myself. I see no valid reason for their mail to have been delivered to my mailbox. Their was quite an armload of junk mail and could not have been mistaken.

We continuously track packages that show via the USPS Tracking Website that show the item " Out for Delivery " and then we do not receive that item that same day. No longer deal with Online vendors who use USPS as their deliver option. POOR Service is too nice a phrase for this type of incompetence.

I also have tracked a package that was deemed delivered to local post off. Expected delivery 3/13. I still haven't recieved it.

I have had issues for the last four years with mail delivery girls and guys walking through my yard stepping on my flowers killing them and the grass I have asked them several times to stay out of my yard to walk on the sidewalk and still they continue to do so. I live at 933 Campbell ave Hamilton Ohio 45011 and I need them to stay off my lawn and flowers. Any questions please call 513 816 8632 or 513 341 0895 I'm am tired of asking them to stay out of my lawn there is sidewalks for a reason. Thanks once again sincerely. Johnwayne Riley
