No mail delivered on 12/23. No mail delivered on 12/24. Had mail in box with flag up. I go to a lot of trouble to shovel the road in front of my box so that the mail person can get to our box easily, but yet, no mail. Seems if it was too difficult to get all the mail delivered on the 23rd that they would have picked up where they left off and been able to get our mail delivered on the 24th. We are clearly the last on the route, as we typically do not get mail before 6pm and can be after 8pm. Now I have to walk out in the dark and far below freezing temperatures just to find out that the mail person never showed up.

The last mail delivery I received was 12/22/2022. When does mail delivery return?

How can you write a negative number? On a scale of 1 to 10 this location is somewhere around -6. I have a very expensive package that should have been delivered 30 days ago. I called and they said they would look into it. I called again July 22 and talked to a Pam out of Michigan. She informed me that Eric at the FF post office had closed the case. I tried literally 20 times before I finally got ahold of him. Now it is August 5th and cant get him or anyone else to answer the phone for the last week. I dont want the $1000+ insurance money, I want the package. More than that, I want someone to answer the fu*king phone. Where is my package? I sure as hell havent received it yet. 28601541 is the case number. Would someone call me and let me know what is going on??????

Entire blocks on Ford Heights Hamilton Ohio 45011 missing mail: Last saw unknown new delivery person appearing to be confused and very lost one side of street received mail I am missing all my mail and important documents shown in my USPs delivery notifications from this morning - drove around 2 blocks and everyone else is missing entire mail- also can not find mail truck or driver. new mail person or possible subsite looked out of it, drove truck back and forth on street between 8-10 houses walking back and forth between those houses those have mail all the rest and my side of street have received nothing ! Very Very disapointing,

F As In Fail...As In They FAIL To Deliver And Pick Up My Mail....2 Days In A Row So Far Counting Today, And There Is NO Snow In The Way, But This Happens At Least once A Week, Hell Last Week The Mail Didn't Come Until 7:30 pm

Around the third week of November a package was delivered from Seattle Washington from my wife's sister we did not know they shipped anything until she called last week. Asking well how you like the new purse? Of course my wife replied what purse does make a long story short the package never arrived or if it did arrive yard pirates got it so I went to the post office with the tracking number and first things out of their mouth oh it's past 30 days when the tracking number showed it was delivered at the house. But one thing they failed to do around October I installed a postal box next to the house for packages of all sizes to a point there's a lock on it so what a package is delivered it's worked UPS has used it several times and they saw it and put it in the box and locked it cuz it's got a little sign with the all the agencies this is a package Dropbox So needless to say they're saying it was scanned and delivered at the house so why was it not put in the mailbox or our drop box and lock it none of this was followed on the door of the mailbox itself we got a little note any and all packages go to lockbox by front door but since it was over 30 days their story to me is it's been over 30 days how do you expect us to find it it says it was delivered at your door. I replied why do they not put it in the lock box? Wow I turned around and made this short story to the long story but that's what happened in Fairfield Ohio if I could take a picture of it and put it on post it on here I would but they don't have it set up for it. So everyone that reads this be safe watch your six and hope Biden doesn't destroy America!

Not a review, just a question-lines always busy! I sent back a package to a Denver Company 4/30, it arrived in Denver 5 days later. When I track the number 9505515892730136412365, the message-"The status of your item has not been updated as of May 20, 2020 at 3:06 a.m.". WHY!!!!!! I am expecting a full refund of $200.00 which the company I purchased a $20.00 Item from, charged to my account and overcharged by cc, now paying a fee. I have had contact with the company and they cannot refund until they receive the package. Can someone PLEASE deliver this package?!?!

A check was mailed to me from Monroe,Ohio March 20 --today still not here,but a Birthday Card mailed from the same address,was post marked on 23&recieved on 25th.? Is there some reason for this?Last month,I sent mail to adresse in Monroe,Ohio&it took 17 days to arrive there?

I am not sure why the Fairfield Ohio offers to forward mail because they will not do it. I requested this on February 18th (2004-9900-0014-3270) and they are still delivering to my house. I may receive 1 or 2 pieces of mail to the new address a week. Last year I put a note in the mail box that I was not there and new address was on file at the post office and they still crammed the mail box until it would not hold any more and on top of my note. HELP!!

I have called the post office 3 times. And put in 3 work orders to fix 30 Providence Point Fairfield Oh 45014. It is being held up by 2 by 4 and I am the board Manager. Carol Smith was very polite the 4th request on 03/13/2019 so I am hoping it will be fixed. She said by the end of the week.

I see I am not the only one having mail issues and that my calls aren't the only ones going unanswered over & over. We had the best carrier in Fairfield but suddenly there are different people delivering every time it actually gets delivered. There are multiple days when my outgoing mail isn't picked up, bills I should have received are missing, and multiple days with no delivery! I mailed a birthday card to my brother in Wilmington, OH and it took two weeks for him to get it! Get it together Fairfield Post Office!!!!!

I was there after a long day of dealing with other people around town other businesses that were not very friendly and the staff at the post office was very friendly and very helpful and I appreciate that!

No mail delivery to any homes from 1 Friars Green through 14 Friars Green on Wednesday 02/20/19....Mail still in box for pick-up from 8:00 am this morning. No mail to any neighbors. What happened? Where is my delivery that was to be delivered Tuesday 02/19/19 ? Need to follow on this route!

We have been having mail delivery issues since October. Mail and bills have not been received, when we call they have been mailed days to weeks ago and never received. We are only getting mail 2 to 3 times a week and when received it is old mail and a lot of items still not received that we should have. Called the post office and I get no answer, called the 1-800 number and they said call wait time is over 1 hour. Anyone else having the same problems?

I dropped off a pre-labeled package at the kiosk at the Fairfield Ohio post office and had to actually lay it on top of 30 other packages since the kiosk was full. I was told that I could get a receipt at the desk, but I told the person that the reason I use the kiosk is to prevent standing in line forever. I took a chance since there are cameras to witness me dropping it off and leaving empty-handed, and also to record anyone else from leaving with it. I dropped it off on Monday, November 19, 2018 and it still has no tracking movement or signs of being scanned in. I tried to call, but like others have stated, no one EVER answers the phone. I called 3 days in a row and let the phone ring for more than 20 times each. What's even better is since it was a first class uninsured package, I can't file a claim. I'm heading there as soon as I'm finished here.

I have been waiting since Thursday a check. The Fairfield post office has it but for some odd reason it has yet to be delivered. I called and the phone just rang. The is very inconvenient really not feeling their services.

We have to cancel our appointment for passport services. There isn't an option to cancel or reschedule on the passport website or the post office site. I have tried to call repeatedly and no on answers the phone. It shows a lack of courtesy for us to not show up as scheduled. But it makes no sense that there isn't an option to cancel or reschedule or even communicate with a person. Just want to go on record that we tried.

Lost cards to recipients, packages that don't arrive when they are to be delivered, no one answers the phone, messed up forwarding mail....and the list goes on and on REPEATEDLY! Service has continually declined.

I live on ludlow in Hamilton ohio and we are only getting our mail every once in a while. Then when we do it belongs elsewhere or its late. Plus the mailman drives reckless and there are kids on our road

Waiting for my Shutterfly order, the package was accepted at the Fairfield, OH post office on Feb. 25,2018, still not have received it and it is March 5, 2018. I tried calling the Fairfield Post Office numerous times but they do not answer nor is the a answering machine connection to leave a message.

I think they have quit delivering mail on saturdays . 3 weeks in a row at least and no mail . Something smells here.

This is the second time the postal personnel has FAILED to pick up my outgoing mail at my place of business. I have a 8.5" wide by 25" long sign for outgoing mail. Letter on the sign are in BIG RED LETTERS. I saw the postal carrier drive in facing my door, back up and then drive away later without taking my outgoing mail. The first time the postal carrier delivered mail to the business next door which is maybe 10 feet away, with my large sign for outgoing mail and FAILED to pickup outgoing mail. I call the post office and no one picks up the phone. For some reason the Parkdale branch and it's carriers forget the we pay their salaries. They need to do their job!!!

Hi! I would like to know what happens to mail that tracking says is "on the truck for delivery today", and is not delivered that day. Does it sit on the truck all night? Where is the mail all night? Is it still on the truck. Also, If the post office closes at 6:30 P.M., how is the mail delivered after seven P.M.?

The young lady who is delivering in Fairfield is the worst, we don’t get mail till 8:00pm and told me to f... off when I asked where my package was that still hadn’t been delivered but shipped! I see her everyday sitting in her mail car at 2:00 just down the street so why no mail till 8:00 and why so rude? We want a new mail carrier ASAP!

In general, USPS has terrible service. It's very difficult to talk to a real person. The phone number listed on the web page for the Fairfield Post Office on Wessel Drive is incorrect. When I finally talked to a real person at a different post office, I was given a direct number to call. It did not work. After more than an hour, I did get another number, but it was busy for more than an hour. I wish they would shut down USPS and the federal government would offer real mail services that were dependable, but I don't think that's likely to happen. Maybe UPS will begin a private service that actually works!

We had our mail held while we were out of town. The day it was supposed to be delivered when we returned, we received no mail! This has happened in the past. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When we called the toll free number, there was an hour wait. The local number was not answered!!!

Have been trying for 3 days to schedule an appointment for a passport. They never answer the phone! I went in and was told I had to call to schedule an appointment. Really?? How do you get this done if no one answers the phone????

I don't know why they publish a phone number because the phone there is. never. answered!! Today I used the drive up to mail some bills, and one of the boxes ~ the tall one second from the end ~ was stuffed so full (at 11:00am) that you couldn't (and shouldn't) put one more letter in. I tried to call to let them know....phone rang until it stopped ringing and got a busy signal. In the past month, one bill and two graduation cards were never received by the addressee. I don't trust this post office, but am disabled and have to count of friends to take me and they're not going to drive any distance.

The home mail delivery is despicable! Today they didn't pick up my outgoing mail even though it was clear that I had some. The mailman just shoved the mail into the box without looking! We have a house mounted mailbox and it doesn't have a "flag" to alert the mailperson of outgoing mail. What we have used for the last 40 years is a clothespin attached to the outgoing mail to keep the mail from blowing away and keep the lid of the box up. On more than one occasion, we have noticed it takes 2 to 3 mailpeople to deliver the mail in our small subdivision. I know it isn't rocket science, and not a "glamorous" job like the young people want, but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO A GOOD JOB!

Have been having issues getting mail delivered....talked to Ms Bell finally ...she said they would retain the girl...havent seen the girl since...mail started to be delivered...now though back to where we were...package says it was delivered...but i sure didnt get it!...No one will answer my call now....guess i need a post office box ..cuz at least i would get my mail....

I was expecting a delivery January 22, according to Amazon website the delivery was attempted at 2:12 pm but my business was closed. I have been at my business since 11:00 am and no delivery was attempted. The tracking number is 9361289690090171704880. There was no notification left on my door. I am really disappointed.

Wouldn't answer the phone for three days of trying. Today they answered and hung up twice. A man answered and put me on hold 19 minutes ago. I am trying to "find" my daughters birthday gifts. We ordered them on thanksgiving. Her birthday is tomorrow 12/21. Oh he just hung up on me without speaking.....

Continues to be the worst staffed post office. They want our shipping business yet during the Christmas season they have only one of four positions open and the wait is 15 to 30 minutes

I have called multiple times as I have not received my forwarded mail from your office since the change September 16th. No one every answers the phone at the F airfield office. I have talked to the West Chester office and they stated I need to contact you. The web site does not recognize my home address, so I cant even email you. TOTAL THUMBS DOWN and COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED

Another miss-placed package. Fairfield Ohio has to be the worse Post Office in America. I keep calling and no answer, then busy signal, then no answer again. Last time I called I kept it keep ringing. Someone picked it up and hung up. Sorry a$$ union people making $21+ an hour. Its not unstaffed it lacks brains in its employees

Well, I am disabled too, I live in north Fl, a package I returned for some reason is stuck in this Fairfeild post office, it was suppose to go down the road to West Chester, I have just been getting the run around, I had to call this post office myself, they are going to look for it, that's the last place it was scanned on the Nov 23, I returned it on Nov 13 it's Dec 1st now, I can't get my refund til it gets where it's been paid to go, no body seems to be able to pick p the phone and check but me, and we'll see if that even helped after reading all the problems this Post office has, I wonder if it's even there.

How many times must a person call in and complain about lost or misplaced packages? How about 5 time in the last 4 months. These have all been packages.These people are either stupid or lazy. I'm to the point where I won't buy online if they use the USPS service. They are terrible. No wonder they're going under or so they say. I can't begin to imagine how many people have lost postage to these hacks. Maybe they should check the carriers garages and basements

This has got to be the worst Post Office I've ever had to deal with. I have a standing order to pick up my packages everyday, but the mail carriers must need glasses or don't give a damn and walk right by my boxes and they put mail into my mail box next to my door. Several calls to the Post Master and his assistant and it goes in one ear and out the other as they don't care about customer service. I spend 3-4,000 dollars a year shipping boxes, yet they keep raising prices because nobody uses the mail service anymore. I will go to UPS for my pick up and mailing. Apparently they don't need anyone shipping through them....Especially this Post Office. Thanks for your lousy service!

Called about a package being "held" for pick up (AMAZON PRIME) when it should be delivered and was told they don't have time to talk to me and hung up.............. Its no wonder the post office is in the toilet, this place should be shut down !!!!!

this mail facility is terrible. Whoever the male drivers are a very rude. My mail doesn't run in my neighborhood in Fairfield until 7 o'clock at night sometimes. And right now since the holiday season I am expecting packages. My mail just ran and all I got was two magazines. I should have been getting 3 packages. According to my tracking numbers. The mailman went into the cul-de-sac came around and I was waitin at him to get his attention to ask him where my packages are and he drove right past me. It seems to me that he didn't care to go through all of my mail considering it was dark and he couldn't see and he was just in a hurry. My mail really should be running way earlier they used to run before 5 o'clock. 7 o'clock is just way too late for me I'll be running most people are actually getting ready to relax and lay down. I really wish there was something that people could do about this.
