Where can I find mail that wasn't delivered?

I was informed by the USPS that a delivery I made of a product know as Savage Grow was delivered to my mail box on 3-15-21 at 2:52 PM. No such delivery has been made to date under tracking number 92748999983411543432459848. My address is 5783 Lucinda Court...Columbus, Ohio 43213. I have had many of other peoples mail and merchandise misdelivered me in the past, which you likely have again done here ! David C McMunn

No mail received again today - - this is the 3rd week in which we have expeienced no delivery. I receive e-mails leyting me, know what is being delivered , so I know I was supposed to be receiving mail. Why do we not have mail delivery 6 days each week???
