The teller voluntarily slide the change I was counting out on the counter to make sure I had the correct amount to pay for the stamps …..into his drawer BEFORE I had finished counting. I believe that I may have had more change/coins that was needed than what the cost was. I was NOT given a receipt either. This is NOT the way to service the public or rush then. There was no line or people waiting that he had to club MY change to pay for the purchase. I my report him also to a higher level.

I delivered a package and mail man had the mailroom entrance blocked and the verbally tried to tell me to do my job and take it to the door. Instructions said take to secure mailroom and access code to get in bldg. He was the rudest asshole I have ever met. Obviously hates his job. Telling me he tells people not to order from Amazon. That’s a laugh. Postal mail is already the least way to get anything.

If you are too lazy to walk to my mailbox and give Super Market Ads then don't trample and walk across my lawn.

I keep getting text messages from government officials claiming that the Lyndhurst/Mayfield, 44124, post officeis in jeopardy of permanently closing. They are asking for donations to help fund manpower to help fight the permanent closing of this branch. Why would this be happening? This branch is always busy. Why aren't the area residents of this branch aware of the possibility of this post office permanently closing so they can petition and fight against the horrible possibility! Are residents truly facing the reality of this happening?

I was told a package was delivered and put in my mailbox on 6/8/21. This package would never fit in my mailbox since it is large. I have cameras and this package was NEVER delivered. The tracking number is 9361289698090599939170. My address is 1615 Woodrow Avenue, Mayfield Heights,Oh 44124. Went to the post office and they said oh yeah it was Delivered! It was not delivered! Please respond.

I have been to the post office 3 times to pick.up mail and remove a hold request. I need to go back tomorrow and do the same thing. No mail delivered again today. WHY!! This can not be blamed on covid or the lack of help. This is a lack of competent help.
