Went into the post office to see where my package was because it was supposed to be delivered a week ago and i asked them what the best option was since i’m in an apartment and they won’t deliver if im not standing there to get it and she told me to figure it out myself, rolled her eyes, and then completely just went to the next person in line. im not normally someone who gets upset at people because customer service is a hard industry but that was completely disrespectful and i am so infuriated right now. i asked her if i was just supposed to stand there all day and wait for it since they weren’t updating the tracking for me and she said yes.

It’s Sunday, USPS has ALWAYS left packages on our covered front porch. My driveway is less than 50 yards from the street. I have a large circle driveway up to my front porch and then back to street. My neighbor called 30 minutes ago and sail 3 packages were on the street at the base of my mail box. I went out, the packages were there(on the street) soaked (had 2-3” rain today). All Christmas cards I received were opened,I am missing a Christmas Card from my employer that had a Gift Card inside. Not too Happy !
