The Quaker Ridge PO New Rochelle has got to be the most disorganized. They deliver packages and leave them on the floor in the basement by the mailboxes. What happened to delivering them to the door. I never received a package in July and I was told it was put in the mailbox. Well, last week I receive a pkge , the same as the one that was supposed to be in the mailbox in July, and this one was found on the floor in the basement by the mailboxes. Small enough to fit in the mailbox. 3 oz pkge. God forbid we get a new mailman. Everyone in the building gets everyone else's mail and it's all piled up on top of the mailboxes This post office never takes responsibility for their messups. The manager in this office makes excuses all the time.

I called the post office to ask about tracking a package that I dropped off this morning that was not scanned . She told me it will take two weeks to track and that if it was a Smart Post label that they are very stupids labels . It can take weeks for someone to pick up those packages . She was very rude and nasty. This post office should really do a make-over or they need to reteach how to work with their customers.
