My husband Thomas Parks has been stealing my checks gift certificates credit card you name it he’s been stealing it and I just found out about it I need you guys to hold my net my mail for at least 30 days if it’s possible I will come in today and pay whatever I got a pay just please do not let him get my mail today I’m begging you please don’t let that happen and thank you so much for your time I name is Roxanne Parks you called me back at 315-436-2590 thank you

I had a package delivered. It was give date and time delivered on tracking. I checked within 20 minutes of tracking and no package. I contacted bayberry post office and they said they would check with carrier and call me back. I called for days to follow but no answer. Finally get answer and was told it was delivered and gave time and date of delivery. I explained package was a private purchase and no refund. What can I do now. I was told and I quote the manager at bayberry “looks like you are SOL. Shot out of luck!” I said the carrier should be responsible as it was supposedly deliver to a locked box. He laughed at me and hung up! Today I found out my new credit card was also delivered and missing!🤬🤬🤬 what do we as customers do to protect ourselves!?!?

Ive had several packages disappear over the last few months. The tracking says the package was delivered too my mailbox but it was never delivered. Ive talked too the mail person who told me that they did not deliver a package even though tracking says they did. When I try too call the post office in bayberry no one ever answers the phone. So now I have too go too the post office too find out what the heck is going on with my packages. Im very ticked off.

I must say I have been disappointed by USPS in the past but refusing to deliver my mail because I own a dog (that cannot get to my mail box at all from where her lead ends) is ridiculous. The terrible service and attitude I received from both the carrier and his supervisor means that I will NEVER again use usps for anything besides bills. I will use only ups and fedex. I will not support this agency anymore than I am forced to.
