At 4:42 today a young Lady behind the ithaca counter , said that I would Have to buy their TAPE or the package couldn't Be Mailed with normal scotch tape.. then She asked me to go into the Other Line , because She Said that I was being rude to Her ? Just because She Wanted me to Buy Her Tape , and I didn't , doesn't give Her any right to call me rude or send me away.. She's lucky that I am not her boss. For years , I have had the Best Service from Downtown ithaca. until Now. CC:ed File

I mistakenly left a letter at the counter at the Ithaca post office, without a stamp or a return address. What??? But I just called, and the super kind agent, Mickey White, picked it up and put a stamp on it and sent it off. I mean really. Could you ask for more than this in these troubled times? Thank you Mickey!

Terrible service!!!!! The woman who runs my route on Dryden rd is disrespectful of our mail. I have made a formal complaint only to have her the very next day slam my package down on our steps with all her strength. She didn't realize I was watching her on my security system. She has on several occasions not taken outgoing mail that was both time sensitive and important! This person needs to be fired!!! Worst postal worker I've ever dealt with!!!!!

Chris wang Terrible service terrible post handler (blonde lady who delivers to college town terrace needs to be held accountable) This lady had my $1,500 rerouted to a whole other address which is fraud on her behalf. She did this as a warning because I ship my items 2-3 times a week at the designated drop off area and she says I have to schedule a local pick up. This is not true, because a customer can choose if he or she wants the service or else there would not be a designated drop off area with a USPS signs with an area pointing down and tubs to place boxes in. (in reality she is too lazy to carry 1-2 small envelopes to her car a few times a week). She harasses me, throws my mail, yells at me and leaves threatening letters. My boxes frequently go missing and she is the one responsible for this. She also often asks me what is inside my packages and delivers me my mail in an open state, meaning she opens my packages. She needs to be fired. If she doesn't like her she should not be working at usps. I have provided proof to the post office and have did everything in my power to have someone talk to her and still no luck. The Ithaca post office does not care about their customers.
