What is going on at this location? The worst service ever!! Post/man/woman does NOT deliver packages to mailbox. They are left in lobby on ledge or sometimes on the ground. This mostly happens when a substitute delivers. Unable to even get a call thru to the branch because no one ever answers the phone. Time to shut it down or re-staff with workers who care about serving the community! 😡
This postal service place is horrible. They leave notices and they steal your packages. I have called several times for a re delivery and stayed home all day and no package. They are extremely rude. I wish I knew who the manager or district manager is.

Mysteriously cannot get packages delivered, scheduled, or redelivered from this post office. For two weeks now I've waited for my packages to arrive, only to hear that they carrier did not try going to the apartment at all and said I was not home after I patiently sat at home 4 days in a row. The business hours are never respected and the phones do not work, I'm assuming as they are trying to avoid all methods of customer service and any obligation to do their job whatsoever. I have spent hours on the phone with USPS trying to find some way to pick up or redeliver my several missing packages but have not found a solution, even after initiating an investigation into this facility. What is going on here? Is this place a twilight zone of incompetent shrimps with no knowledge of how to knock on doors? Shame on USPS. This place is a complete embarrassment.
Packages are not delivered to the addressee....they are left in the lobby with security where anybody can walk out with them.!!!! Not a good idea.......I am trying to find a package at this moment that was supposed to have been delivered 7-24-17 I did not get it.!!!!

this is the rudest place every.. i found another number to speak to someone .. and as soon as the lady picked up i was placed on hold while she spoke with her co-workers stating " can you give me back my money " ??? so unprofessional. once she did return to the line very rude tried to rush me off the line by stating she has a meeting to attend and can not help me ... Ive been home all day and i refreshed my track a package from ebay at 7:07pm and it said Notice Left ( No Authorized Recipient available) at 9:04and the time now is 7:29pm. They never came at all . NEVER DO THEY JOB
