This Post Office is the worse. People are standing on line for a hour on the sidewalk waiting to get inside. Our community deserve better. Why is this happening?

This Post Office is the absolute worse. I called to inquire about my hold service and was placed on hold for over an hour by the rudest clerk you’ll ever encounter. We need to do better USPS

This Place is the worst! Everybody has an attitude everybody Rude I wish I didn't have to deal with this place ! They move slow on purpose so people can walk out or you can get upset and curse so they no longer have to serve you !

Terrible post office. They do not answer the phone and take several extra days to deliver any mail.

This is the WORST post office I have ever encountered. They have promised to deliver an Amazon package 3 different times and still have not delivered. I wonder if they are stealing the merchandise. I was supposed to receive a call from a manager - never happened. They never answer the phone. I think the manager should be replaced and someone should do something. There are ONLY horrible reviews of this place.

Saint John post office is the worst for the most part. The employees don't assist the customers as they should with consideration with value. The phone number given is Always busy if is not busy no one answers. The packages deliver are not Always a 100% gurantee you will receive it. First of all, the mail person should read the address correctly before handing it to another building number/apartment. To conclude they are just so disorganized. Before getting hired they should value there job. In need of extra training. The scale of 1-10 I give it a 1 ... Need supervision for the most part to better their job skills.

I totally agreed!!! I moved to this neighborhood in May and my first experience, they claimed my package was undeliverable and sent it back to the merchant!!! I didn't know this until I got an email from the merchant apologizing because they thought I didn't like my purchase and sent the items back!!!!! Now, I had another package to be delivered, the email stated my item will be delivered on November 27, only to see that it was " Delivered" on November 22 @ 1.09 in my mailbox it stated!! I checked my mailbox--- NOTHING was in there !!!!!! WTF!!!! I waited 5weeks for the special ordered item and these lazy thieving rasshole people probably stole my shit!!!!! I still can't get through on the phone because it's BUSY!!!!!!!!!.

Worst post office I ever had to deal with. Miserable clerks will scream on you for not writting the address the right way, and you can't even pick up and send package at the same time. You actually have to step in 2 different lines. Not to mention the facts that the they never picked up the phone in 10 Years. I actually gave up on a few packages just so I don't have to go there and deal with their unprofessionalism. If you have self control issues I suggest you send someone in your behalf to pick up your package.

I can't agree enough with these reviews. It's ridiculous how badly managed this post office is.

Boy do l know what you all mean. I called to ask why I do not get my mail and the supervised would not give me her name and hung up on me. Had to call central wating for a call back..

This post office is not there to help the community, I don't really know what they are there for. The phone is always busy; when you go there to pick up your stuff, you get attitude from the clerks, they treat you like you came there to beg. I have been living in that community for the past six (6) years this coming January, and I can hardly receive my packages from that place. They would just place the slip into your mailbox without even ringing your bell, and when you go there to pick your stuff, the clerks are rude. I had three incidents happened with my packages for the past month: first they sent back one package to the manufacture saying that it was undeliverable, next my son's order was not delivered or stolen, now another package of mine was not delivered and all three times they did not leave any pink slip so someone could go and try to pick it, had to call the places I ordered the items to find out what happened. Something has to be done with that place, either retrain these clerks or replace them, I've been to other sites and seen the same clerks, and they are nicer there, how is that? One community gets to be treated better than others? Isn't it the mail the same everywhere? Don't I pay the same price for the book of stamps whether I leave in one neighborhood or another? If all community pays the same price for stamps and mailing, why do we get different attitude?

Why is it OK for this place to be THIS terrible for THIS long? Ive lived in this neighborhood for 4 years and this place represents the United States perfectly. They don't care about the people there actually working FOR (us) Constantly LIE about trying to deliver packages when they just don't do it, and mark it as a failed delivery and make us come pick it up.Oh and don't even THINK about scheduling a pickup BWAHAHAHA yeah right. You better not have to send or receive anything important from this place.

omg right the service stinks always busy

whenever i try calling them it is ALWAYS busy!!! it takes me DAYS until i could get through. This is with calling multiple times a day.
