This post office must have an internal fraud organization. Here is why I will never use this post office for anything if I can help It. 1. I have had a letter with a money order go missing from the mailbox outside this post office 2. I have had another mail with a money order go missing after putting it into the drop slot inside this branch 3. Two separate occasions I was off from work and waited for important packages to be delivered. There was no attempt or notice left behind, but when entering the tracking numbers, the website said there was an attempt and notices left.


Wakefield Station in Bronx, NY needs improvement. Very unorganized. Rude workers. Need more workers. At the close of service on Friday April 18th employee locked the door and left unattended. There was a long line with only 2 employees behind windows. When asked to unlock door, irate response was, I'll get someone to open it, but I'm not going back and forth. Total time spent to pick up package and after waiting for door to be opened was 40 minutes. Unacceptable.
