I called the phone number for this Post Office 518 438-0773 but it was never answered. I left a sensitive photocopy in the copier there but could not return immediately to retrieve it. I wanted to ask the postal clerk to put it aside until I could return for it. It may have fallen into the wrong hands.

I sent a cod on dec 14, 2018. Customer received pckg on dec 17, 2018. I have not received my payment of 60.00. Ive been calling for many weeks. Your phone service is poor. Track 9503315457928348139524. Signed. A disappointed customer.

I have a post office box at Stuyvesant Plaza and it has been wonderful. But, I now have a current issue with a package that has been listed as delivered and picked up, but I have not received it. I tried to call the phone number listed and there is no answer no matter what time I call, and no service to leave a message. This is very disappointing as I usually pick up my mail after business hours and have no way to speak to someone about the issue. If there is no way to be reached by phone, a phone number should not be listed. Thank you.
