Sent certified mail Jan 2 2021 from Briacliff cliff manor to Monticello New York. First letter went to nyc then Albany Albany has given me 3 different. Times when it Left Albany still Monticello never receive it. 3 different times being dispatched Why this problem. Thank you Aaron miller
I live in an apartment building on Homestead Ave, which has 6 dwellings. I came home yesterday to find everyone's mail for the day on the radiator located right below the mail boxes. How lazy can a person be? Take the time and distribute the mail properly. No one wants to sort through 6 people's mail nor do we want our neighbors knowing our business!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!
I did not receive my package today that was indicated as delivered to my front porch at 20 Furlongs Dr Albany NY 12205.
The tracking number was 9361289688091080348474 if the driver used gps to locate this address he was wrong you must look for house numbers gps won't give the correct address.

Can you please tell me reason for delay of package that arrived on 7/29 via UPS to USPS facility. The last time this happened it took 10 days to leave the USPS facility. ID#: 9274899993713806863096.

Went to the Karner Road location on 12/14/19 because they forwarded a package addressed to my house at 21 Ormond Street, Albany 12203 on 12/13/19 to Florida. My mail forwarding has been done for more than a week. There was 1 employee working the counter and a line out the door. Never made it to the counter. Please stop forwarding my packages. Very poor forwarding of our mail.put in temp forward address,hardly getting mail then it comes in bunches then nothing, now got call from my insurance co that my mail was returned because we weren’t home to receive it.......what a mess...
