Today, 8/23/22, I had my passport appointment and I was very disgusted and upset with the customer service I'd received. A postal worker serving me at window 7 barely talked. He was giving me a strange look and waiting for me to guess what I should do, without opening his mouth. His facial expression was scary and I lost faith in his service. The worker took my original document that cost $700 and never gave me any confirmation for that. The photo service has been offered at this postal station but the worker didn't seem to be trained to do so. He never advised me to change my position and processed it without my acceptance. I will bare with the worst picture ever for next 10 years. I was not informed about the option to pay $60 extra to cut a waiting time. What a nightmare to deal with such a negative person! The post office is a public service. Citizens are expected to be treated with respect and dignity. Where do you go USPS?

Visited the Post Office Saturday 2/5. I needed some issue resolved and Jacqueline helped me. People readily complain if service is not up to their expectations. This is not a complaint. Jacqueline was the most pleasant helpful person I have ever encountered in the Post Office. Everything was explained and resolved so I just want to mention her name. It was a pleasure meeting her, excellent employee.
