One post box in our condo complex was taken away the other one was moved without warning to the end of the street. My handicapped neighbor can not walk that far especially in the heat. The new box is now broken with a sign saying to pick up mail at the post office. Yesterday I drove her down to retrieve her mail. Later a couple came to her house and gave her her mail that had been mixed with theirs. When asked about when we might expect repairs the answer was always, "not my department." I don't think the postal service should be this bad. What can she do to get her mail. She can't drive to the post Office every day.
