This post office is awful. I have now had two packages returned to me that I sent to my grandson on Madeira Dr SE. The packages say "Vacant". They have lived there for over 6 months now.

I had to deal with this station due to a change of address. They were helpful, patient, and very pleasant to me.

I needed an item redeliverd. I am incapacitated right now and cannot get to the post office. I called all morning each time it rang until the phone hung up. That continued until someone actually picked up the phone and then put me on hold and NEVER came back!!!!!!!!!!! Is that the way you treat disabled people?? I have some choice names for you but won't say them aloud. Thanks Highland Post Office in Albuquerque, NM for treating incapacitated people like TRASH!

Mailman refused to deliver my packages. Today he put my paper one in my mailbox but didn’t attempt to walk toward my door to leave a 1 lb live plant overnight package. Called the local office, spoke with Mr. Michael. I understand Mr. Michael has to believe what his employees say but in my opinion who doesn’t do their job MUST be fired. In the last 3 weeks, if I hadn’t insisted into call the office, if I hadn’t sent my friend at the office, it would have been package #4 not delivered at my door. Still got 4 more to go. Are we going to held accountable personnel who refuses to do their job? We should and maybe the USPS wouldn’t be in the situation it is now. It is a federal crime messing with people mail it should be grounds for firing. I am frustrated and upset. My package was 1 lb. he claimed to Mr. Michael that it was too big. Then he said my gate is locked, guess what hasn’t been locked for the last 2 years. Then he said no one was home and lastly when I asked him Why was he doing this he didn’t have an answer. Please, please people are counting on the USPS services. I will be calling the general office in Washington if I have to and show videos if him not delivering at my door during his routs as well purposely damaging my packages. USPS this needs to stop! Now! A seriously upset and concerned resident. Please make the appropriate changes. Fire the incompetent employees so you can hire better one and MAYBE people will REGAIN trust in you.

My mail carrier is a real not nice person (I wanted to say a bad word but I will not). People that worked as carriers a few years back actually HELPED people by doing their jobs. They delivered packages. They said hello. They were nice people. Not anymore!!! My carrier will do NOTHING. He won't even pick up letters that I need to send off when I have the flag up on the mailbox. They are a spoiled bunch now, so very entitled. Like they are doing us a favor delivering the mail and doing their jobs!
