Let tell u mail person you really suck on the phone and don't even batter ring the bell and I'm home to get a letter it's not the first time so know I need to go to Post office to get it they need to be trained right

I live at 14 Oak Street Apartment 2 in Belleville NJ 07109. There are two mailboxes on the front porch. One says Bisogno and Vanderhoff. The other is not mine, it might say Minetti, Duva, or any number of other names. Do you think you can teach your mail carriers to read? I not asking for ESL or further intelligence, names are spelled the same in any language. If they cannot do this simple thing, they should not have a job!

By the way, last week I had a large envelope delivered that clearly stated, PLEASE DO NOT BEND!, guess what? Are they that stupid?

I have only been to the Belleville NJ post office on 2 occasions. Both times the workers very very rude. I do not live in Belleville and the worker asked me why I didnt go to the post office in my town (very rude about it). With that comment, I asked her if I was not allowed to go to Belleville Post office if I did not live there. Today was my second time at the Bellville Post Office, A different worker. Asked her a question and she didnt want to be bothered. Huge attitude. I will not go to the Belleville Post Office again! UPS or Fedex will be my first choice from now on.

This is a formal complaint about the kind of unacceptable service that took place at the US Post Office located on Broadway in Newark, NJ. As you know, on Saturday's, the Post Office on Broadway opens at 7:30 in the morning and is scheduled to close at 3 pm. However, this past Saturday, on June 27, 1915, the post office employee on sited closed window service at 1 pm and did not reopen until 2 pm. The post office employee stated that the post office was closed because he had to take a lunch break and because he was the only employee working at the site.
Meanwhile, to find out what was going on, I called the Belleville Office to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor, who identified himself only as Berricha, informed me that he would find out what was going on. (I also asked him for the name of his supervisor and he informed me that his supervisor's name is Paul Ramirez). When I called back, the supervisor told me that he instructed the employee to reopen but the employee told him that he was on lunch break. I advised the supervisor that as the employee's supervisor, the employee was being insubordinate. The supervisor told me that he in fact told the employee that he would be held accountable for closing the post office. The supervisor also told me that he was sending some one to the post office to assist. Meanwhile, 45 minutes later, at least 15 people were on line (while others left) when another employee, out of uniform, arrived to reopen window service.
When it was my turn to pick up a package, the employee out of uniform asked me a number of questions such as -- where were the post office boxes located? Where is your orange slip? I responded by saying these are questions that should be directed at his coworker -- that I did not know where the post office keeps packages for pick up and that I had a yellow slip in my box for pick up, not an orange one. While this back up employee was asking me these questions, his coworker remained silent. When the back up employee found my packages, after giving him the number to my post office box and showing my ID, the back up employee, out of an intent to punish me, stated that he should not give me packages because I did not have an orange slip. I told the employee that I gave him the yellow slip, gave him my post office box, and my ID, and that he had no basis to withhold my package. The backup employee yelled in a raised voice to me "to stop b****ing". I responded by saying that he was there to serve and not to withhold service. He appeared reluctant to give me my packages.
To say the least, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I hope this complaint reaches both Mr. Ramirez and others who are in a position to address to hold these employees accountable for their conduct and actions.
A totally dissatisfied customer.

I reside in the Joralemon Street Apartments on Joralemon Street in
Belleville. For the past 3 weeks, we have not had any mail delivery on Fridays
and Saturdays. On Mondays, huge stacks of mail are left for us at our respective
residences and there are many misdeliveries - I get my neighbors' mail. My
neighbors get my mail. Some of the mail I receive has either been opened or
mangled beyond recognition, including birthday cards and bank statements. Last
Monday I found a neighbor's credit card statement with a replacement card that
was included in my batch of mail. The envelope had been openedI find this wholly unacceptable and a gross compromise of my personal and
financial information. I understand opening other people's mail to be a federal
offense. I assume this law applies to postal workers as well, including the CCAs
which are now being hired to handle our mail. What is going on with our mail delivery?

When dialing, i am always getting the message "We are sorry, all circuits are currently busy". Does the phone works in any USPS office? In Nutley, they never pick up the phone!
