Rude mail carrier! We constantly receive the wrong mail. The other day my husband was outside and alerted the carrier that they gave us the wrong mail. Their response was “what do you want me to do about it!” How about your job. Everyday we get the wrong mail. Not even the same street address. Then we have to get in our car and hand deliver it to the right person

It must be nice to get paid great money to do absolutely nothing! Answer the phone Nutley Post Office!

they have terrible service, and they never answer the phone, and the place is always dirty.

I cant beleive that the us post office has the nerve to post that they are hiring and showing a starting salary of 72 thousand and i am lucky if i even receive my mail. Its horrible and the real kicker is that i even have the usps app that shows me what i am suppose to be receiving in the mail and it never arrives. I know these people have to work in some tough conditions but come on when my regular person is not there i have the temp that is so busy talking on their ear pods that there giving me my neighbors mail and luckily my neighbor gets my with important information. I dont know what else to do you cant even mail a letter because the other person never receives it. The us postal service is horrible and then they have the nerve to tell us that the price of stamps are going up so you will have to pay more for postage for a letter that will never get t were it has to go. What a shame and they should be ashamed as well.

This is a complaint. Why doesn't the Post Office answer your phone ? You are a part of the government and are working for us the people. I have noticed that the alternate mail carrier at 99 Centre Street that fills in for the regular mail carrier Chris is not doing her job, Chris is a male person and he is very good at his job. Focused, very efficient. She on the other hand is always on the phone with the ear plugs in while working. She takes her time while standing talking on the phone, dropping the mail, shuffling the mail back and forth. I have NOT received all my Christmas mail as of yet. My mail was extremely light. The senders have told me mail was sent. She also puts all the mail together in " one " mailbox. We have TWO mail boxes with our NAMES, big and bold ON EACH ONE. I have never talked to her about this. " It IS YOUR JOB TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AND REPIRMAND HER" !

Does anyone work here? I've been calling for 2 hours and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I have 2 packages missing that I took in 2 days ago (I took in 3, 1 scanned the other 2 haven't yet). I need to track these packages and no one seems to work here.

I have been to the main post office to put a complaint and show evidence of me getting nailed that doesn't pertain to me! I am currently receiving mail from six different individuals that have lived in my residence prior to my moving in. I've been living here for now 6 years and I can't get the post office to do their job and make sure that mail that doesn't pertain to me doesn't end up in my mailbox. Thoroughly disgusted with the service provided by the post office the main post office on main avenue in belleville. We'll go to another post office to see if I can finally get a if a resolution to this b*******. And if not I'll go to Newark to the postmaster general and tell them about the insubordination to their jobs. I will be taking about 40 letters to the post office that do not belong to me. I've also put a black magic Marker over the barcode so that they would understand as I was directed to by the post office official I spoke to when I went to complain about receiving mail that does not belong to me! I do not want to throw mail that doesn't belong to me in the garbage I believe that would be an illegal act as well so stop stop I don't want any mail on the only resident at my address I live alone and I want to be in peace! Please please please stop this deluge of messages and letters that don't belong to me. No mail since last Tuesday 8/31. Hello, Its been a week since we received any mail as of 8/31. Today is 9/7. I receive a daily email of what mail will be delivered to me each day. I have a number packages and letters that need to be delivered. Can someone please let us know when we will begin to receive mail Thanks Tom

The Nutley PO failed to deliver my registered letter to 22 glenview rd Nutley no one can find my letter B or will talk to me as to where it is. Was mailed on 8/20 B and has not been received. My post office owego my not been able to find it the owego op report B showed it being in Nutley op. My son with the tracking number went there and was told they have no record B of it. The tracking number is 70201810000000862133 Nutley says belliville op has it but they sa no.

There is a older while lady that works behind the counter. She is possibly the rudest human being on the planet. Today I walked in to mail a package and she was literally screaming “Do Not Approach The Counter Without a Mask!!” Now I understand that there is the existence of covid 19, however the governor lifted the mandate, and also the post office is a federal building, and there is no federal mask mandate. She’s acting off of her own wishes and that’s not legal. Side note the signage on the door says “ Face Coverings are RECOMMENDED” and is well past it’s federal take down date. That woman should be fired. Worst post office I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s my local post office.

You guys deliver Amazon package on Sunday but where is my package? It’s suppose to come yesterday on 4/17/21. And it’s still not here today. How long do I have to wait?

On 7/24/20,This is the second time this week that the postal delivery person did not deliver mail on Florence St. The mail is delivered on Brookline Ave and then the postal person leaves, rather than doing Florence St. It was the same carrier, on both occasions.

I enjoy the service here. the postal workers are attentive and remember who you are. the lines get long at peak hours as expected but the postal workers are still fast.

I was supposed to receive a package yesterday 6.15.18. It never arrived. I spoke to UPS and they informed me that Postal Service was given the package for delivery to my Nutley address. The mailperson did not arrive on our street until 8:00 p.m. last night and my package was not there. What is going on? The mail service has been terrible lately. This is not the first time I have not received a package. The service has gotten worse.

we got a new mail carrier three month ago who refuses to close mailbox in the rain, snow or windy days. Where do they train these people? Tried calling Nutley Post office but no one answers, USPS, no answer on 800 number.

NASTY. CESSPOOL of the rudest, most incompetent, and terrible post office workers ever. Never answer their phones, and do the least amount of work possible. If you need help, they are masters at "passing the buck" to other offices in the area. They will provide you with phones numbers that are NEVER answered or try to humiliate you for asking questions. They simply will NOT help anyone. I've lived in Nutley for over 25 years, and avoid this station like the plague!! They should close down this office; or FIRE all workers and hire people who feel blessed to have this job and love their country!!!!! DISGRACEFUL. Want EXCELLENT service? Why don't they answer the phone? Even the DMV answers their phone. That's very poor customer service.

They never answer the phone. They get paid to do nothing. They never delivered a package to my address that was suppose to arrive last Monday.

I walked in at 5:01 to pickup a package that I needed that night. After walking in and getting to the open window and was told by a very rude woman that they were closed and they would not help me to come back tomorrow. Mind you she is currently with a someone weighting a package for him and using their "closed down computers" to ship something out.
