Driver Ellen (we think that's her name) refuses to deliver or pick up our mail. She has sworn at our staff and destroyed company property. We have requested a new driver and have not heard back. We are a business that requires mail to be delivered and sent out.

I'm concerned because we have not received our mail for 2 days now. are you aware of this problem? We get some kind of mail every day between the 4 of us adults, and we havn't even seen the truck come by.
