I'm writing because this is the FOURTH TIME this Carrier has pulled this. I live in a complex, and I was expecting a package 2 days ago that was shipped "2 day express" delivery. When it didn't show I tracked it and it had been returned to post office because there was "no secure place" to leave it. I've now been waiting 3 days for a package sent 2 day express FIVE DAYS AGO. I'm sick of the stress this is causing me, as I am disabled and in my 50s. I've REPEATEDLY asked for the carrier to simply buzz my doorbell and I would be down there to accept it within 3 minutes, but he can't be bothered. HOW do I make it ANY CLEARER how to deliver? EXTREMELY PISSED.

I want to thank Dan at the Goffstown Post office. The phone was picked up right away and he was polite, kind and very good about answering all my questions!

I went to to post office yesterday and saw that the counter help were wearing gloves. Why? They are doing exactly the same thing with gloves on as they would do without gloves. Touching mail, handling money and packages. It makes no sense. Apart from which they can’t wash their hands which is what we are supposed to do. It’s just taking gloves away from people who really need them. Doctors, EMT’S, janitors and all other first responders. Gloves are a waste of a precious resource.

Just moved to town and had a package delivered from Amazon through USPS. I tracked it all the way to the Goffstown Post office. The delivery was attempted but they couldn't access my mailbox so they didn't deliver it. It's been one whole week since and I still haven't received my package. Amazon has reshipped my package and I've already got it. All while still waiting on the post man to attempt try #2. Not very happy with this kind of lazy service and from what I'm hearing this is the norm. Get it together

Our mail was delivered today at 6 PM on February 14th - that is not the issue. Because of the late delivery (dark out) I was able to see that the red tail lights (running lights) are not working on the mail truck - the yellow flash lights are working. I live on Glenridge Ave.

the postal employee servicing 143 garden drive. Is the worst postal employee I have ever had to deal with. he never rings for packages. today he as, he has in the past many times left all the mail boxes unlocked for an entire apartment building. Anyone could just walk by take any mail. This is egregious and unacceptable. After 8 years of this I have had enough. Me and several other tenants will be logging complaints.

Today I dealt with probably the fifth large mixed up I’ve dealt with regarding this post office in the five years I’ve lived here that would seem like a good record. However, it’s really not when you consider that I have packages at my house that I try to resend out to the proper people that always make their way back to me and yet my packages are always at someone else’s residence and I never got them. It takes me weeks sometimes months for me to get replacement items that I need. Sometimes they're medications, sometimes they're make up, shouldn’t matter what’s in the package it’s the fact that it is not hard I’m sorry it’s not to put the right key in the right mailbox so that someone else doesn’t take my stuff. That’s happened too, courtesy of the mail carriers. The person who took my complaint and tracked my package was very polite, I believe her name is Connie, she left a voicemail for the carrier to tell her when she finished that she needed to go back and fix the problem. However, in my experience, this never works because in the past I have called and received the same assurance only to have absolutely nothing done. I know that life has difficult moments and I know I don’t know every aspect of the job, I’m a very patient person but this is completely ludicrous. This is not Christmas time which I could see easily these mistakes being made, it’s not like our condos are not clearly labeled, creating confusion for the delivery person. In fact, all they have to do is drop a parcel in a parcel locker and put the matching key in our mailbox. For some reason, never gets done right and I’m really really sick of it.

found Sunday, Jan 1st. Box that was too big for mailbox was left in the snowbank by the road. there is no excuse for this kind of laziness and poor service. people paid you to deliver this package. You did not deliver it. You abandoned it.

I very rarely send remarks or complaints to companies but this morning ( Mon.April 3,2017) at your post office service desk I had a large and akward sized package to have shipped from Goffstown to Chicago Ill.The man at the counter was named "Jim" he was not very helpful not very nice at all and actually a bit of a jerk and I hate squeeling on people but I felt I had to let your office know he should not treat paying customers like that especially the USPS very sincerely Jim
