Even though with the holidays gone now I've been getting my mail from west End for 50 years I've never been left out, my package that don't fit in the box are put on the porch , when the carrier change they are always right, during Christmas it took 21 days for a next day package to go to kansas city but even UPS took 10 days, covid 19 put a strain on the country and the post office,at least they are always open look at McDonald's can you go inside and eat your food no, the post office is open when it says it is and they deliver, hold mail, over Christmas I had a package delivered on Christmas Eve (a mini refrigerator), great job west End post office
I’m very disappointed with how mail has been so far behind. My bills have been sent out early only to see that they have not made it to their destination weeks later causing bills to be late and late charges applied and vehicle insurance on the verge of cancellation!! Something has got to get better! —-Putting this out there because surely I am not the only one facing this problem!!
Rubicon road's mail is totally messed up. Someone in a purple Jeep isn't reading the road name or box number. Please bring back the lady in the grey jeep. I'm expecting a package should of been here yesterday or today and I have all ideas it was placed in someone's else's box. Everyone I asked on this road about it didn't even get their mail they got someone else's. Please bring back lady in grey jeep she knows what she's doing
I understand that USPS hours are federally regulated. That being said, my job requires me to work from the hours of 7-430, you know...like most people. One day, I went to the post office between 430 and 5 and was still able to pick up a package that couldn't be left at my house or at our secure mail center, for God knows what reason. No issues there and I was thankful that they serviced me after hours.Today, I had to again leave work early, try to race traffic and get to the post office to pick up another package as I was in the same situation again. I rang the bell and, after hearing employees bickering and urging each other to hurry up and shut everything down behind the hollow door, a young man opened up the half door (which probably wouldn't have happened had another man not walked out at that time.)This young man had a sucker hanging out of his mouth and didn't seem eager to help at all. Telling me the scanners were turned off and they couldn't provide me with my package. After explaining that I had picked up after hours before with no problems, he (and an unseen female, shouting from somewhere behind the door) were telling me that it must have been a delivery driver who just happened to be there late and could scan it out. When asked what I could do to get my package without it affecting my work hours, the unseen female yelled "you can try again tomorrow!" I assume so I can chance a delivery person just being there with a scanner at the exact time? Super! Because I have all kinds of time! How unprofessional and moreover, rude. Step up your game, West End. I'd hate to see how you all treat the senior citizens that frequent this area...
