Could you please explain how mail shows up on the site Saturday 22nd doing the snow and not delivered and then not show up on Monday on the site where is the mail. I have had mail lost and not sent to me ever. Please explain, we’re this mail is.

I just visited the Post Office in Pinehurst. I was shocked that two out of the three people working the front desk were mask-less. The masked lady working said that the two men working next to her were exempt from wearing masks. The CCD recommends that people should not even enter a room if people are without masks. How does the Post Office justify this? I feel the men should accept another position within the post office where they are not directly working with people!

I was helped at the Pinehurst, NC post office today by the most helpful and pleasant young women. My receipt says clerk 78. I hope that tells you who it is because she needs to be commended. It was so refreshing to be waited on by a young person who actually seemed to enjoy their job and acted like she truly cared. Kudos! Sincerely, TerryLivingston

We had no mail delivered yesterday and I had outgoing mail in my mailbox that was not picked up. I have tried calling for over an hour this morning and the line is busy. I tried e-mailing from my phone but it says my browser is not supported. We were expect g several packages yesterday. When are 0you delivering MY MAIL?

Thursday 9/13/18 no mail delivery or pickup, why???? With the storm still not here this is unacceptable. How is it that the newspaper was delivered today 9/14 yet the mail wasn't delivered yesterday? The PO has an "unofficial" motto, boy, have things changed over the years. Guess their motto should be "neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom or night will make us deliver mail, too bad, you just wait we have the right to be out of sight."

live in Pinehurst Villas. New carrier with son or grandson is doing terrible job. My discount coupons for Hardees, etc. not delivered this month and have always been. I suspect they are keeping them instead of delivering which is theft. Also, obvious errors in delivery. Letters not even for Pinehurst Villas delivered to our boxes. Please confront them about the discount coupons.

Tina is a contractor that delivers in our area and my packages are broken and she constantly gets our mail wrong, speeds, and blasts her music it's ridiculous! You cannot afford pride in your employees or people who represent you????? Disgrace!
