Called 20 times to discuss address issue because we are moving from 3 hours away and no answer

I called asked if my letter was there they said I could pick it up. I went to pick it up not there they sent it out. I never got it

Mail Carrier delivered my W2 form open and torn in half. When I politely asked about it he was rude and obnoxious. My next step is to contact the Postmaster General.

No mail or news paper ( news paper is delivered by USPS now. worst mistake the newspaper did, Dec. 26 no paper, Dec 27 same thing. M Hopefully tomorrow Dec 28 we here on Braswell Ln 27803 zip will get a delivery, What do you guys at the annex think? will we get a delivery? Thank You.

This place is the worst. They fail time and time again to deliver my mail. They don't answer the phone when you call. And whatever packages I get are always rained on even though I have a sign posted saying leave my packages under the carport so they don't get rained on. Apparently I need to hire a sign waver to stand outside for whenever I am expected to receive my package, but then again its 50x50 if I'm actually even going to receive my package. And even if I do receive my package, it will probably be rained on all thanks to this annex. Tax documents, Credit Cards, Checks, Packages; they are not safe with this postal annex. I recommend getting a PO Box, maybe that will be better than delivering to your residential address.

mail on waterloo drive has either been supper late in the evening or not delivered... missing very important mail from IRS and I am being charged for fees and garnishments because I have not replied to there question.... can you get all the mail out on waterloo drive to all the neighbors they are complaining not receiving mail at all

I am a Senior Citizen who is house bound and live at 1336 Fountain Branch Road Rocky Mount 27803. I have a subscription to the Rocky Mount Telegram that isn’t delivered everyday. My regular carrier, Tonya, always seems to be able to deliver the paper but when she is out, I feel like the sub is “shit canning” my paper. If this continues I will cancel my subscription and notify someone higher up in the Postal Administration. I wonder if you have similar complaints?? The Telegram says you get their paper everyday and that the problem is on your end. I doubt that I will get any satisfaction from this email!!

Rocky Mount, has a problem delivering mail... Supposed to gave a delivery today, got email saying no access to delivery location. Driver Slowed down at driveway at 2pm, then sped up and never returned.

Our mail carrier is the worst. She’s always running that mouth on her phone. Always mixing other peoples mail up in ours and we have to take it back into the main post office to have it mailed to correct person. Have complained and filed complaints numerous times and so has neighbors and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. This lady continues to keep her job. Time to get news media on this. Then maybe something will get done. I want my packages that I have paid for!!!!

We apparently will be having a new mail delivery person and so once again mail is not being delivered! This is very frustrating. Please resolve this situation.

I have not received mail in over a month it keeps happening. I been up there twice was told my house was a empty house when it wasn’t and house never had a change of address this need to be fixed

Mail isn't being picked up for 2 to 3 days and it is not delivered in 2 to 3 days. Sometimes we get 2 to 3 days of mail in one day. My neighbors are getting other neighbors' mail and we are taking their mail that was put into our boxes to them. I even had a bill returned to my telephone company stamped "unable to deliver".

We have not received any mail in 5 days. We have bills to pay but can't pay until we get invoice. Please deliver our mail.

I have mail that was scanned and still not delivered after 2 weeks. I'm having trouble contacting someone to review my issue. A lot of missing mail and very important documents that are time sensitive.

In the last month,I have lost three packages .one from Amazon and two from QVC. The ones from QVC said note was left on my door and two weeks later,said delivered to my house. I never received them at all. I have had other people's mail left in my box,and when I returned them,they appeared days later back in my box. What is going on in Rocky Mount??????

I have 3 small items from Amazon that were attempted to be delivered and are being held at your facility. The items were NOT attempted to be delivered! I came to the facility in an attempt to pick up my items that I NEED and was told they were not there. This is the second time this has happened and it becoming ridiculous. How can I get my items?
