I keep getting the next door neighbor's mail and having to walk over uncomfortably and put it in their mailbox. I've called several numbers listed online and no one can be reached. I shouldn't have to do the mailman's job, but don't want them to miss important correspondence. I don't know what to do.

Is there a time that the mail Person can leave a package on the front porch? I was waiting on a package and watched the mail truck out mail in box and thought for sure my package is to big for box. I went to my box, no package. I check tracking and it tells me to pick up. Why do I have to pick up when the mail person should have gotten out of the truck and left it. I do believe that is their job.
