You tried to deliver a package last Saturday, the 28th to a business? Scheduled for next day? It's been over a week, and even after I left a note in the box for the carrier, I still do not have my machine parts! It's IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone on the phone, and no, I do not need a free covid test!

Not answering phone number 704 867 6276. Pick up and hang up. Also can't decipher address A and B clearly printed on the mailbox. Just to lazy to walk around the house and see that A is actually on the back of the house. I've had this problem since I've over here. Can you not get it right? Can you answer your phone?

Your carrier doesn’t deliver my packages , he could’ve left it in my mailbox

My mailman said he will not deliver mail until I get a mailbox on street- I just moved in and there’s a mailbox that was nailed to the brick on front porch. This house has been here for years and this was never mentioned until now. I can get a mailbox but might not happen as quickly as “Gary” wants and if I don’t get my mail, there will be big issues.

I keep receiving the wrong mail!! Happens every week

I was out of town and when I came by my house I received a priority letter. My friend had been getting my mail and put it on my counter. I saw that it wasn’t mine and put back in mailbox with flag up . A couple weeks later I came home. I didn’t go through my mail for about a week at which time I found the same priority piece of mail. Once I looked at this I noticed it was someone’s passport!!!!! I have wrote on wrong deliveries in the past the mail carriers need to look at the mail more closely .. Hire me I’m out of work and definitely know I would be more observant when sorting mail.. I have worked at the General Mail Facility in Charlotte.

Our postman who delivers mail on Brandywine Court does not deliver six days a week. He skips the entire street two or three days a week. I am not the only house not recieving the mail. Several of the other neighbors on this street are not getting theirs either. Last month I did not recieve my electric bill until after it was due. If you call the South New Hope Road branch nobody ever answers the phone. IF you go up there to talk to the postmaster he won't talk to you or he does nothing about it. Now theyve passed a law that says a government employee who is not doing their job can be fired. Someone higher up should really look into this. Something really does need to do something about this.

I've been using the Main St Post Office for almost 18 years. Like any place you do business there are days where stress runs high - but from where I stand on line it is usually the customers who are rude. In all these years I have had one or two visits that were less than satisfactory, but for all the others - almost every day of the year - the persons at the counter are knowledgeable and friendly. I would never accuse them of treating people badly. The Post Master however needs to hire more people so the mail isn't late getting into the boxes. This was never a problem until a couple of years ago.

I called the Gastonia Post Office to schedule a passport appointment and left a message and Yolanda called me back the same day. She explained everything that I needed to bring to the appointment. Although the earliest appointment was about 2 weeks out (working around my busy schedule) and I really needed to get my passport. Yolanda gave me options of being called if she had a cancellation as well as offered 2 walk in offices. Here's the best thing ever she called me back an hour after I had spoken with her and got me an appointment the very next day. Once I got there and got my application processed by Sherry Seagraves who was great and very professional. I was so grateful for all Yolanda did to get me an earlier appointment. I would recommend anyone wanting a passport to contact the Gastonia post office on 301 W MainAve. Yolanda I just want to say you are amazing very knowledgeable and professional and keep up the good work. Great customer service skills are hard to come by now a days.

The f***ing mailman stole a card with 500 dollars in it from me. It's been five days since it was mailed and it should have been here in two days. Tuck you guys I'm using you

I went to the post office on main st and the woman with the honey dreads was very rude and doesnt have great customer service me ! Thats not the way to talk to customers!

Why does this facility refuse to answer the phone so I can set an appointment for my passport application? I have been trying for days now.
