The Dallas post office has served me and my business very well over the last 28 years. I appreciate the rural mail carriers, their accuracy, their kindness to put items on my porch, and their friendly nature.
They drive on their route with giant garbage trucks flying past them, harsh weather, and have to deal with distracted drivers all day long. They are hard workers. I appreciate them very much!
They never get you your package 📦 It’ll say package delivered on the carrier but it always takes a day or two to actually find it in your PO Box. Slowest individuals I’ve ever seen. Definitely would fire all of em and try again. JUST LISTEN AND HEAR ME OUT and Tell the employees to put the packages out faster.
I have received another piece of mail that doesn’t belong to me. 1-9-21 all they done was look at the numbers on the mail. Wrong name, wrong road, This has happened over and over. I’ve taken the mail to the same address for the last time. There has been titles, I think this is a w2 form that the women probably is looking for. I had a man knocking on my door hunting his mail that lived a mile away. This is getting so bad it’s stupid. I’m thinking how much of my mail is going to there house. Someone needs to look at the address before they just dump the mail. The name and the road address is always different. They don’t even LOOK
They make no attempts to deliver packages all they do it stick a paper in your box to make you come get it. I was home all day and no one knocked on my door to deliver something that was needed today. I pay for extra shipping and still have to wait 2 extra days because they are closed on Sundays so can't get package until Monday. This needs to be addressed for the Dallas nc post office. Can provide address if needed
I have now lost two packages that are claimed to have been put in my box. Today I was at my home got a package at my door proceeded to the mailbox then and got my mail no other package there. Now I am out of another package. mail carrier must be keeping for themselves?
Received costly magazine defaced. Almost the entire magazine has pages torn including back cover. Date of delivery was 2/6/17 to Lowell. Would post photos if there was a way.
Please advise how to avoid this in future.
