We've been residents in Davidson for the last 18 months, and I mean this wholeheartedly when I say that the postal delivery service is atrocious. Envelopes marked "do not bend" have been jammed into my mailbox, important time sensitive documents have been returned as undeliverable despite having the correct address, and now for the past three days we've received no mail service at all despite having important letters that need to go out. I've watched as the mail truck flies by our box without pausing to think about stopping at our mailbox, only to return after 6:30pm after I called about delivery. I've scheduled front door pickups that never get picked up unless I flag the truck down. It's been a nightmare. I've called and asked to speak with the post master on several occasions and those requests were met with promises of return calls, which have yet to be received. My mailbox is plainly marked and on a very open residential street, so there's no excuse for this besides the type of employees at this location.
