Hi I need to renew my son's passport, could you send me more information please?

Saturday subs are notorious for not picking up schedule package pick ups. Today 5/13/23 Mail was delivered at 4 p.m. but pick up package was ignored. It was placed in a postal carrier at my front door as instructed in my Pick Up notification. Conformation # WEC516611462

Sent a package on October 31, 2022 and it still shows in transit! Spoke with Kevin January 16, 2022, who said I would get my $31 back. When Elen from Cornelius called me back, she said it had been more then 30 days, there was nothing they could do. it's still in Transit!!!! on January 18, 2023 she said she would check into it and get back to me. Today is March 2, 2023 and when I try to call the post office, they let it ring until it makes a loud sound and cuts you off. Also, I have a package I sent February 28, 2022 and on March 1, 2023. I just got the return receipt back. Unbelievable! There is a reason they have barely over a two rating on line! Not doing such a great job!!!!

The mail delivery person for my area is very irresponsible. Last week i had mail of my neighbors and one piece for someone not even on my block??? I have not been receiving some of my mail as it is probably going to someone else!!! I had my auto insurance canceled because I never received the notice??: My neighbor just called me to tell me she has a bunch of my mail in her mailbox?? I ordered a halloween costume for my grandson and he shoved it in my box and crushed the costume, too lazy to put it on my steps!!! Something need to be done!!

We have not received mail at 32424 for several years but would like to resume delivery as of December 7 2020 Carol Altman 503-351-8182

We are experiencing delivery problems on a daily basis. On Oct 14th we received no mail which has never happened. On some days we have gotten up to 3 deliveries. One day last week, two delivery trucks followed each other with each having mail delivered to our address. It appears as if the drivers are inexperienced and have not been trained properly. Can anything be done to improve this poor service. Thank you.

Hi, I live on Lakeview Circle in Cornelius. A couple of my neighbors and I noticed today that our mail carrier delivered all the mail to our street one address off -- I got my next door neighbor to my left's mail and she got mail to her for the address to her left. I'm wondering if the carrier can come back and correct. The folks to my right (who I assume got my mail) aren't home. Thanks.

I'm a life long Cornelius resident... Never had a problem with the quality of customer service received from any employee at this Post Office. The lines get long, not because of the employees, because of the people that come in either doing multiple transactions, or not having things ready to be processed. Not to mention the attitudes of customers being impatient, already attitudinal when they come in. The Employees are excellent in how they deal with customers. Hannah is always efficient, personable, thoughtful, and what I consider top notch at her job. Thanks for the years of great service.

Very poor operation. Mgmt should be replaced ... vacation hold never works right. Called in to complain and was told to come in person to talk to Post Master to complain. Have been here only two yrs .... this operation stands out as the poorest!!

This post office is PISS Poor. I order things to come to my business so i can guarantee that I receive my packages and this location which is no more that a few hundred yards away from a ROW OF BUSINESSES CAN'T DELIVER A PACKAGE IN A TIMELY FASHION. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I DON'T USE THIS POST OFFICE ANY LONGER DUE TO THEIR PATHETIC PERFORMANCE. IT IS A SHAME AND NO WONDER THAT THE USPS IS SO TRASH. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER.

I don't know if they are overloaded or what the problem is however our office does not receive mail until 6-6:30 at night.

Will we get a delivery today at Caldwell Station?
