The clerks are knowledgeable about their positions, but I've had pieces of mail that were either delivered really late (after it looked like it was walked on), and another piece just recently that still has not made it to its destination. It was mailed outside of Walmart in Troy over 2 1/2 weeks ago to an address locally (63135)

You guys suck at life give up already, you lose mail, deliver to the wrong address frequently, and can even close to mailbox door, hopefully improvements happen soon, I'd rate the service completely unacceptable

I have been in our local post office in Troy, MO over 10 times complaining about my mail being lost and returned. There is always an excuse and nothing accomplished. Our company services generators for critical facilities. The Postal Service has crippled my company due to payments and licenses returned and lost due to the postal services neglect. I am wondering if someone the works for the post office is disposing mail. I have even tracked packages and they are returned. I have had a PO Box in Troy for over 15 years. It may be best if this facility just closes. The hours to be able to get your mail are normal peoples working hours. If it’s after 5pm or before 7am you can’t get your mail from your box. Every post office I have ever seen the Lobby was open 24/7 in order to get your mail. The parking is also an issue ....... this post office served it purpose 50 years ago, But not today. We need a new post office ! And I need my mail !!! Please investigate mail fraud !!!!

I am disappointed that my carrier leaves mail addressed to other addresses in my mailbox. This happened 3 times this past week! Postal employees need to have more pride in their work and double check address before placing it in my mailbox!
